Love Gel Nails Salon. They are friendly, great work and always satisfied. They use great products so your nails don't chip, peel, discolor or break. They will last a good month or so. When I lived in California I would only get my nails done here when I was out here. No other nail salon in CA or NV compares to their hospitality, prices and quality of products. You won't be disappointed. My daughter got her nails done the first week in Dec by Kelly who is awesome and very talented with her nail designs. She is the only one to go to for designs that I could truly recommend. I love giving these types of reviews, but I fear the crowds may start coming. But, definitely had to give a shout out to Kelly and Gel Nail Salon. read more

First, I would say customer service was not good. I asked for a soak off and instead of a soak off they just ripped my nails off. Lam said that he wasn't doing any damage to my nails , but clearly you can see the damage my natural nails were almost coming off!! HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, also he did my toenails but one is oval and one is square please don't come here they do what they want and don't respect for what you ask !! read more

Walked in to get my nails done and they were able to assist right away. My nail tech was pretty quiet which doesn't bother me because I am not the best at small talk. My nails turned out pretty but there are some cons worth mentioning. The business is small and stuffy. I was very warm the entire time. This made my rosacea flare up and when I went to get my eyebrows done the employee mentioned my face being red. I told her that I am okay, I just have rosacea. She proceeded to tell me my face looked burned and I should try aloe vera lotion. I thought this was pretty insensitive as I already am insecure about my complexion. I just spent 2 1/2 weeks stuck at home recovering from a surgery and the first day I am able to even leave the house I did so with no makeup and this was the first experience I had. I feel as if she was trying to be helpful, but it was very off putting. Additionally, the wax room is essentially a small closet and did not look very clean. I am giving 3 stars due to my nails being cute and my nail tech was nice, but the experience overall did not warrant a higher rating unfortunately. I do not think I will be going back to this salons. read more

They charge for every little thing. 10$ for a French tip, 10$ for shape change, 75$ for a fill with a very simple design (if I added a classic pedicure with gel that total would have been 120$ NOT INCLUDING TIP)** the service is good, area is clean, chairs are ok. due to prices I will not return. I have been coming here since I moved over here in 2022. First for, Vee and Sunny are 10/10. Best pedicure you will ever receive is from one of these two. Cuticle work, nail shaping, and callus and dead skin removal is SOLID. They both can slay a french like no other and my toes always look amazing. Perfect shape, length, and polish application. My new nail salon! I don't know why their ratings are not higher overall. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. All of the techs were friendly and warm. My nail tech, Kelly, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my nails. She is SO talented and gave me exactly what I wanted. The prices are reasonable for the quality and service provided. I paid $70 for an airbrush ombré chrome fill. She cleaned up my cuticles and said she does for every service!!! Their regular fills start at $35. I am excited to come back and be a regular here :) read more

I've been coming here for a while it's convenient, but the quality has been decreasing. Unless you get one of the young techs, the work of the older techs is subpar, the younger male seems like he doesn't even want to be there. The place doesn't feel comfortable anymore. I don't mind tipping but when you pay with card it prompts you to tip, why are the options 25%- 18%? So be sure to select custom to tip appropriately to the quality of work. read more

I thought I'd found my nail salon when Eric was there but found out he was no longer there when I tried to book another appointment. Nevertheless my daughter and I booked an appointment and didn't get serviced until 45 minutes after the appointment time. We were told to choose a color and have a seat. This wouldn't have been an issue except the space is really small and all chairs were filled so we opted to sit outside. The technician who serviced me seemed extremely unsure of his work which made me nervous about his abilities but I toughed it out. For reference the service was a fill with pink acrylic with chrome/almond shape; pretty simple. I liked this salon because of convenience and service but after having to wait that long for a booked appointment we decided we'd probably not return unless we are walk ins with no plans for the day. Disappointing experience for me. read more

Barley up to my ankles. In lukewarm water that went cold in 5 minutes.. I was then left for 15 minutes to i guess decide what i wanted or wait for someone to come over to me? Sat down at 3pm and after that wasn't looked at or addressed until literally 3:15 on the dot. Yes I COULD have tried getting someone's attention but everyone seemed to have tunnel vision every time they walked by and I'm not super confrontational. + I expected it to just be less time as with literally any other salon despite business. - I guess someone finished up so I was next in line? I was asked which service i'd like to go with and the woman immediately got to work. She DID however ask if the water was fine and turned it up for me bc i was begging internally. She didn't really speak but neither did I so.. that was fine i guess. I'm not too impressed with the work either, it's literally just fine lol but i still tipped a little. - That night my left big toe started throbbing and was in pain every time i stepped.. so.. let's hope everything is alright with that. I don't want to overthink or jump to conclusions. Overall i wasn't too fond of the vibe, my husband later texted me while i was in the chair and said "the women who were looking at us upon walking in were and still are definitely looking at us crazy". Not sure how keen I am on going back.

I called prior to request someone different, the man who answered the phone stated he understood. I believe in second chances, I allowed her to do them. Sadly, I'm upset with my self for spending over 120$ within one week and having the same disappointment. When trying to tell her my nails were crooked or missing polish, looked lumpy... she said it was my nail. Now, less than a week later, my nails had pockets of not dried polish. My thumb fully just scraped off... the clear gel base was still attached. I've inspected every nail with lumps and the polish moves. I will not be returning this time around. It's really unfortunate considering the closeness to my house is why I gave this newer place another try.

I agreed to that as long as it looked like a sunflower, but the result looked more like a daisy and nothing like the picture. When I mentioned this, she became upset. I asked for the design to be removed, and after that she was very rude. I'm sharing this because I've had good experiences here before, but this visit felt careless and unprofessional. I hope the owner or management sees this review and addresses the situation, especially regarding customer service and safety, so other customers don't have the same experience.

Fortunately I was off that day and able to go run an errand near by and come back. When I came back, Cindy was already setting up my pedicure tub. She always looks lovely dressed nicely. Never disheveled. She greeted me and invited me to the pedicure chair she had set up for me. She made sure the water temp was comfortable and offered me a beverage-water or soda. I accepted a water and began looking through the variety of color options. So many to choose from! I also was offered a pedicure menu to choose which type I wanted. I went with the deluxe. You get to select a scent for your salt soak, scrub, lotion & mask. I choose the Honey Tea ( I think lol). Cindy rakes her and pays close attention to detail. She even got into the aide walls of my big toes and removed the ingrown toenails I'm prone to. She was very concerned with my pain/comfort and asked if it was ok several times. Digging those suckers out can be very painful. She did a great job! All across the board she did a great job. She filed & shaped my nails nicely, pushed back my cuticles and removed the dead skin on my heals with care. She also gave a wonderful scrub and massage. She did not tuah my service which I reall

Absolutely terrible! I have never had such an awful experience at a nail salon. The workers were extremely rude. I had heard good things, so I was extremely appalled at the way we (my friend and I) were treated. I just moved to the area, so this is the first place I have tried since being here. I went to my appointment early, so I could look at all the colors. They told me to sit, even though I was trying to decide what shades I wanted. They handed me the nail colors they have on the ring to go through, but when I sat down the lady wouldn't even let me have a chance to look. I would use one hand to try to look and she kept getting mad that I was trying to look for a color. I understand if I was late to my appointment..you should have an idea by then, but that was the whole reason I went early was so I had time to look!! Then another lady walked by and took the colors away from me off of my lap even after I told her I was still looking. ( mind you I had only been there for about 5 minutes when all of this was happening). My friend and I were separated while getting our nails done, which is completely fine, but when she had went to wash her hands, she passed my table on the way and looked to see what I had chosen and her lady PUSHED HER....LITERALLY PUSHED HER AWAY! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? Once again, I would understand if they were busy or if they were getting ready to close and they were trying to hurry, but we HAD AN APPOINTMENT, were there in the middle of the day and we the ONLY people getting our nails done!!! There were no people waiting, so what is the rush!? I am usually one to keep quite and no voice my opinion, but I even told the lady that I was feeling extremely rushed. She kept asking me what color I wanted, but wouldn't give me time to look and then they took the colors away from me. How am I supposed to choose!? I knew the general color I wanted, but they have so many shades of each color, that I wanted to choose it. When I go to a place like this, I expect to have a good experience. I don't get my nails done a lot, so it is a special thing and of course I want it how I want it because I am the one that has to wear it. I do not have one positive thing to say about this place. I went into the salon a few times before and have gotten okay service. I've noticed unless you are tipping them a good amount they will give you okay service. The last time I was there I asked for a certain color they said they had it. After peeling off half my acyclic and filling half my nails they said the gel color was low. I mentioned it was my birthday and it matched my dressed. They informed me I could pay and leave or choose another color. I wasn't going to leave with my nails half off. They where treating me as if I didn't have the funds to pay. After going back and fourth about how they should have mentioned it earlier I picked another color. After leaving I realized it wasn't even black it was a midnight blue. My nails broke three days after a fill. Which I'm going to say was because they rushed my service. I don't suggest going here. What? I ended the service there and walked out after paying $50 for my half done pedicure. I went to another nail salon that said "of course we can do that" immediately. Over time this nail salon has improved their pedicure chairs and the inside looks really nice but the people there don't stay on top of trends and can only do basic styles.
