Showed up at 3 pm for an appointment for 2 pedicures. All of the chairs were full, which was an…read moreinitial red flag. We asked how long, they said "5 minutes". Okay fine. By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Let me start out by saying I was on vacation in Pismo when I decided to get my nails done. My toe…read morenails were getting long and my fingernails were snagging on everything. I walked in and asked if they had time for a mani - pedi, "oh yes... pick your color". I then decided as I was sitting in the chair for my feet that I would just go ahead and ask if I could get a full set on my nails. Why not? I'm on vacation. When i mentioned my change in plans I was told there was only 1 person that could do a full set. And she was booked for the next 2 hours. Maybe I could come back in 2-3 hours or tomorrow? Uh. N O ... This was disappointing. So now I sit in the chair knowing I'm only going to get half of what I really want. I'm a tad annoyed, but try to enjoy my pedicure. My big toe has a tip and acrylic on it as I wear boots for work and the nail was halfway through the process of growing back from falling off. I asked the tech if she could file it and fill it and she chose to do what she wanted to do, file it and paint it. There was no fill. What the....?? Anyways, my nails are now drying and in comes 4 more people. More pedicures and more waiting. 45 minutes later I'm still sitting there apparently waiting for my nails to dry and nothing being done to my fingernails as there aren't any additional techs to do it. Finally I apologize for interrupting my neighbor's services and tell the tech I am done sitting there and express that surely my nails are more than dry. I get up, pay for my services and am asked if I have cash.... No. I don't carry cash, most people don't carry cash and a lot of places outside of nail salons don't want cash. Oh and by the way, i'm tipping on the card. Just ring me up so I can leave. This event that was supposed to be relaxing has turned out to be more of an annoyance than anything. I was not fully satisfied with my service and I don't think I'll go to this establishment again. Needless to say, I went to Rite Aid next door and bought a nail file, nail clippers, fingernail polish and did my own damn nails. With that said, I will give myself 5 stars for keeping my cool, rolling with what cards I have been dealt and possibly saving myself $50.

Offering me a cool drink and the massage chair while I waited for my wife. There was also a gentleman, I believe his name was Nate at the front desk, he engaged me in pleasant conversations about the Grover Beach area while I waited. Very good customer service. I told him I only needed a pedicure and how much he told me $35 sold ! It took about an hour the guy who took care of my feet , his name was Michael, he talked me into getting the gel since I did not wear sandals, this way the polish would dry immediately. I saw the menu price list hanging from his cart so I asked for the $40 deluxe +15 so I figure 55 bucks when I went to pay they charged me $65 and still asked for a tip. He did a great job so I didn't feel pressured for a tip when I was paying, I was not thinking or adding it up in my head until we we walked outside. The next time I'll get it in writing ha ha ha. It was a really good service experience massage my name my feet my feet with his hands and I guess to loosen them up? A hot stone treatment, hot towels etc .As a custodian on my feet I appreciate this,my feet felt wonderful and relaxed. All in all I would recommend them. The only reason I gave them four stars was because of the price mixup or not. Good music playing in the background.
