I went on a Sunday morning, and they had just recently reopened for Sunday hours due to growing demand. I got lucky and was one of the only customers there, so I really got the full pampering experience. Both of them did an excellent job. I had dip powder done on my nails and a regular pedicure. I'm very particular about nail shape, and they absolutely nailed it -- I love the way they turned out (check out the pictures!). I'll definitely be coming back. I…read morepreviously posted a one star review, and the dickhead owner was tacky enough to lash out at me in a response on Yelp lying and saying that none of the things that happened actually happened. ‍ Which was bad enough in and of itself, but on top of that now my review is gone! Big surprise. ‍ These these people (or maybe it's just the a-hole male owner?) are shady shady shady! The woman who did my pedicure didn't even know how to trim nails! It seemed like it was her first day and she had no idea what she was doing. She kept fumbling with what is actually the cuticle nipper and trying to cut my toenails with that (and I have big toenails, so you cannot just use a cuticle trimmer to cut my toenails, especially the big toe) and then someone else kept coming over and speaking to her in Vietnamese obviously telling her she wasn't doing it right and then she would show her and then leave and the lady would still continue trying to fumble doing very basic pedicure stuff that I could actually do at home better than she was doing! And then at the end they demanded cash and there were no other options given, so I had to walk across the parking lot in the little temporary flip-flops to go to an ATM and of course pay a non Wells Fargo ATM fee. And they did a shitty job, cut my nails uneven, the paint job was subpar (big gaps on the sides), and it literally started chipping the same day, and I was not being rough with my nails. This is a horrible nail salon! I can't believe that they deleted my previous review. SHADY AF. When I previously posted my review I attached pictures to show the bad job they did, and I don't have those pictures anymore because they're on an old phone. Unfortunately, he wasn't there during my most recent visit, and an older woman did my pedicure until it was time for the polish. This was, without a doubt, the worst pedicure I've ever had!!! She repeatedly squeezed each of my toes so hard that it was genuinely painful. She also kept running the nail file directly across the tops of my actual toenails over and over instead of just shaping the edges. It hurt so badly that I was wincing throughout the service. The entire pedicure felt rough and lacked the care and attention I've come to expect. The woman who painted my toes also did my gel manicure. During the appointment, my jeans started slipping down toward the foot spa. I instinctively reached to pull them up with my hand that had just finished curing under the gel light. She immediately yelled at me, asking, "Why would you do that?" The interaction was embarrassing and made the rest of the appointment extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of my pedicure, before I was even finished, she asked how I planned to pay. I told her I was going to use Venmo. She asked to see the payment before I had even paid, so I asked if I could just scan the Venmo QR code. She said yes and then told me she didn't need to see the payment since I had scanned the code. After paying, she left the toe separators between my toes while I was putting my shoes on. Then, just as I was getting ready to leave, she walked back over and insisted that she needed to see proof of my payment before I left. It made me feel like she assumed I was trying to leave without paying, which was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly insulting. Despite the experience, I still felt pressured to leave a tip in the moment. Looking back, I wish I hadn't. Instead, I'm leaving this review in the hope that management addresses these issues so other customers don't have a similar experience. To make matters worse, a gel manicure and gel pedicure came to $140. For that price, I expected professional, gentle service and to leave feeling relaxed, not sore, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. This experience completely changed my opinion of a salon I used to enjoy. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps someone else make an informed decision!

I was super nervous and had no idea what to expect, it was the BEST THING I've ever done. She walked me through everything prior, explained what she was doing while she did it, and was extremely gentle. When she was finished she explained what she had seen while working with my skin, and then explained that she wasn't going to push her product on me but made a suggestion about what my skin needs! I obviously bought the products and did my washes with them, my skin is seriously thanking me! I finally made the decision to stop going to local walk-in nail salons after many instances of poor drill work (i.e. my cuticles on both my hands and feet getting clipped by the drill fairly consistently) and overall general poor work (such as being left with gobs of collagen gel on my feet after a pedicure and having to wipe it off when I get home). I had seen Ashley's Yelp page and my massage therapist had recommended her long ago. So, I scheduled an appointment for both a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Ashley does the best work. She only accepts one client at a time in her private studio; so, I am treated to a private service each and every visit. She is detail oriented, friendly, communicative, and professional. I cannot believe I tortured myself for years with walk-in nail salons before finally booking with Ashley. Does it cost more than walk-in nail salons? Yes; but, it's worth every penny.
