I booked a last minute appointment for a Saturday & they were able to do it. Mari & Conchita were very nice & I felt comfortable with them in my house. They seemed a little rushed so a couple things got missed, they almost left without some of their supplies and I think my front door mat got thrown out with the trash (I'm taking that as a hint that it was time to replace it!). I also can't confirm that they used non-toxic products as I only saw un-marked spray bottles. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job done & the rates are reasonable, so I will be using them again in the near future. read more

We had a great experience! We called with very short notice (the day before) and needed a full move-out clean. Two bedroom, one bath was finished in 90 minutes. Totally worth the $120 cost. They cleaned the ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, bathtub....all the things you don't feel like doing yourself after a move. read more

I have never had professional cleaners come in my home before but at 37 weeks pregnant and finding it difficult to do some of the harder things around the house I figured a deep clean was in order before baby's arrival. I chose to do the one time deep clean and was very pleased with the results! Eliel and Magda were both very personable, kind and efficient and finished under the anticipated time. We rent a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with our 2 children (2 months old and a 2 year old), both me and my wife have full time jobs, so we really needed some help with cleaning. I bit the bullet and called Naked Clean who were very prompt to send out someone for a walkthrough/eval of the house. I had a cleaning set up within 1 week at a reasonable price. They showed up on time, dove in right away, and did a great job. Veronica and Iveth were very thorough. It was a basic cleaning (there is an extra charge for windows, baseboards, laundry), but everything they cleaned looked great. I was on the fence about getting a cleaning service due to budget, but I think that the money is well spent given the outcome and peace of mind of having a clean home (at least once a month, anyway)! read more

We were really disappointed with this company because they were unable to quote effectively and stick to their pricing. They agree to what sounds reasonable however every small thing you would have assumed is included is not. There are additional charges for many things and they are overpriced. They did a great job - it was always a pleasure coming home to a house that was clean but didn't smell like chemicals. Their office staff was always very responsive to my questions over email, which made it much easier to handle the kind of small scheduling issues that come up from time to time. On the few occasions where I had any issue, they were always resolved to my satisfaction. They give you a quote on what you want done and the maids who are independent don't follow through. They are willing to come back or give you a credit off your bill if the maid does not complete all items. I say do it right the first time. They seem to have no control over the people that work for them. I just fired them after I came home after the maid left and I had to clean my sliding glass doors, mirrors, glass shelves, on and on and on. So irritating! I was very happy with their cleaning service. I really liked that the house smelled "clean" but didn't have that "chemical" smell. They did an amazing job of cleaning the floors and getting every piece of dog hair - even behind all the furniture. YEAH! I was even impressed that they were so proactive to call and let me know their maids were running a few minutes behind. And when I didn't answer my phone - I got a text! Nice to see they tried every means to let me know the status of when they will be at my house. I plan to use them again! Once the new Naked Clean owners took over the service became unreliable and not responsive. They seemed to have gone through many cleaners and they kept switching teams which meant the day of cleaning kept changing. The cleaners were also not as qualified nor did they use the "green" cleaning products any longer. When I asked to talk with an owner about my service I was told they are hands off and would not return my call! The schedulers seemed to be frustrated by the owners as well. I've experienced much better cleaning services and therefore, I took my business to another service. I do not recommend this service. Update: the supposed owner posted a comment to my review but note it took my review to hear from them. As a client when I needed to speak with them, they never returned my calls or emails. read more

A few years ago I set up an appt. for someone to come over and give me a quote on a small 2 bedroom apt. The owner actually showed up and was on time. I let him in and my wife & I had to introduce ourselves to him! We told him what we would like done and he barely said two words to us. I told him since we've lived here, it's never had a deep cleaning before and informed him that I was interested in that type of service. He said "why do you think you need a deep cleaning." Mind you, he didn't take the time to look around to see the dirt build up! You're kidding me right? In fact, he didn't even bother to take 2 steps from where he was standing. At this point, I knew he wasn't interested at all in my business or my money. I cut the meeting short and told him we had to go. I work for a large healthcare organization here in San Diego and if I hear any of my peeps that I work with mention anything about searching for a house cleaner, I tell them; DO NOT USE NAKED CLEAN! read more

If i had the time to clean I would have done it myself and done a better job. There were 2 girls for 4 hours, cost $280.00 ($35/hr per person). I was not satisfied with the attention to detail.
