Unfortunately, that team is not with NC anymore, but they sent me a great team this last time (Eleazar & Mary). I had a great experience with Naked Clean. I needed a vacancy cleaning and everyone in the area was booked for the weekend. Naked Clean was able to find two cleaners for a Saturday afternoon on a few days notice and I couldn't have been more grateful. They got a little lost on their way to my place but in all fairness my place was a little confusing to find. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We wanted to go with Maid Green based on the reviews here, but we were in a hurry and Naked got back in touch with us first. We told them our needs and they kept trying to hem us into how many hours we wanted instead of listening and understanding our needs. When the maids showed up it was the same thing - they already had another job scheduled two hours later and declared the job done with our furniture still out of place, our screen door of the rails, and our bathtub drain clogged. Not very smart. No common sense. Not customer oriented. I called and left a message. The following Monday the same person we spoke to originally called and instead of being open to learning anything about their poor handling of our cleaning job she kept insisting that they are good at what they do and are professional, without offering us any satisfying concessions, and hoped we would use them again next time - Don't think so! From the head cheese on the phone to the cleaners who showed up at the house these folks didn't seem like the brightest bulbs in the hardware store. Apparently they would rather hang on to their proud attitude that they're good at what they do than listen and learn in order to earn our repeat business. Oh well - at least there is still competition out there and the next time our money will go to someone else who deserves it way more! read more

I was attracted to Naked Clean because of the name-you have to wonder right? The person on the phone was very responsive and was able to get me a time the very next day. I gave her specific instructions about the things that needed particular attention in our house in Encinitas. The team showed up and cleaned the house from top to bottom and everything was shining! I was particularly impressed that they reached the high beam ceilings and were able to get all of the cobwebs! They did a great job in the kitchen and bath as well. The tiles were shining in both. This was my first time using Naked Clean and I had a rather odd situation...only one housekeeper (Connie) for four hours. I have a fairly large house, but what I did is give Connie a prioritized list of what I most wanted done...I tried to make the list long so she wouldn't "run out" of tasks before her time was up and I told Connie not to worry if it all wasn't done. Well, I came home to find that not only had everything on my list gotten done...but the cleaning job was outstanding! Wow...I don't know how she did it, buy I was delighted. read more

I never use a cleaning service, but in this case I was desperate for one, having a wedding rehearsal dinner in my home I was so busy doing other things. I was very happy to have Rosa and Rosa come save the day. I did however, have to point out a few missed things at the end inspection (polishing a dusty dresser and vacuum a small area rug, and later found another end table full of dust). BUT, I know they were trying to stay within my 3 hr each allotted time limit and did my windows and master blinds as well. Overall great, and I would hire them again. read more

I have used Naked Clean for several years and now understand why the reviews here are all across the board. The office staff is very nice, but the cleaners seem to be hit and miss. Apparently it depends entirely on what team of cleaners you get and there doesn't seem to be any accountability. I wouldn't recommend them. Our service has steadily declined for the last 6 months (it got to the point where they were just sweeping the dirt on the bathroom floor behind the door, which I would then have to clean after they left). We have been paying them to come twice a month for an hour and a half each time. I was starting to think that just wasn't enough time to clean our condo until a neighbor mentioned that they were always there for such a short time. My boyfriend stayed home this week and sat at a neighbors to see how long they actually stayed. They were there for just 1 hour (and arrived much later than they said they would), not the hour and half we paid for. Our neighbor confirmed that they usually only stay about one hour. So, in essence, we've been ripped off each and every time to the tune of $30 per visit! We were stunned to find this out and it's finally clear why the cleaning job had become rather poor. When I told the office about this, they stated that some cleaners are quicker than others. Had our condo actually been cleaned well, I would have no problem with this. But they have been doing a so-so job, skipping out early while there was still a lot that could have been done (while also leaving dirty rags behind) and overcharging us. No refund was offered either after I brought this to their attention. I really wish I'd read these reviews before hiring them! read more

We have been using this cleaning services every two weeks for a little while. I keep thinking they will improve yet they get worse. No attention to detail! The day they came last, I had to clean the outside of the toilet, dust several areas and clean my shower. They ripped the bath mat and did not say anything. I have had to clean after they leave every time. They will not be back because if I am cleaning why am I paying them? Also, they are not the cheapest around. read more

Ok, I wanted to like these people. But they are a corporation of some kind so they are all about time and going fast, whether the job is done or not. Get in get out. Fast. I went thru 3 different crews until I finally said no more! First time they did a terrible job and didn't even clean the bottom of the shower. It was dirty from my working in the yard and running. I called and they sent them back for an hour more! There was that much more to do. When they came back they argued with each other who was responsible. Later I realized they had taken 2 expensive shower squeegees. I called the office again and they came back with only 1. They sent me another crew who cleaned once then another crew the next time. This 'crew' missed dusting the computer room and were rushing to get out. But I thought well I'll just remind them. Benefit of the doubt. But this last time they came in and said they were in a hurry (even though I was scheduled for a month in advance) and would it be ok if they only worked an hour? I said if you can clean the house that fast I would be surprised but I just want the house cleaned. They left in 50 mins and only did half the kitchen counter tops. They completely forgot to vacuum the main formal loving area or to put garbage bags in the containers throughout the house. Dust and crumbs on half the counters and behind the kitchen appliances. They didn't even mop the floors. I wonder why I hired them? What was their job? I called the office and they said they would send me another crew. That would be my 4th or 5th in 5 months...I lost track I said I'm done. No thanks. Not dependable, do a bad job, and they argue with each other! Lol. It was a bit crazy. This company is slightly cheaper than having someone who will really care and do a good job cleaning. They are all about the money. Do lots of houses fast who cares if the job is done well. Only $25 less than quality cleaners, but the cost savings isn't worth it!! Don't use these people. You have been warned!! read more

A joke of a cleaning company. My girlfriend and I hired them a few times to clean before company arrived. The first time they did an ok job. The second and third times were atrocious. I mean ABSOLUTELY terrible!!! They arrived late each time; so late that the second time they had no choice but to give us 50% off our service. Hence the third try. They don't really clean as much as they wipe down, tidy and sweep all for the low low price of $100!!! What a deal!! They didn't even clean the toilets and left dust bunnies everywhere. Not to mention, I had to take out the garbage both times when I returned home after they supposedly serviced our condo. After taking out the garbage I had to finish the laundry. Finally, I had to make the beds with the sheets they just dumped on top of our bed and the bed in the guest room. They dusted areas I asked them not to and damaged a few collectibles and didn't say anything. The whopper is they lied about their hours because I came home before they claimed to have left!!! Better off hiring an invalid or child they'd do a better job. How they have good reviews is beyond my comprehension. read more

Since leaving my initial 2 star review I have had them back at my house for another cleaning & it went well..Then I had them back a few weeks ago again & it did not go well, the lady who answers the phone is really nice & accommodating & I appreciate that..Then they got here & I'll leave most of the details, but poor cleaning job & left my shower dirty, the argued with about the time & tried to overcharge me, then they admitted they were wrong, this after I had to make several phone calls & adding to my stress. There was a problem charging my credit card on file so a guy emailed me notyifying me about it, I immediately remedied it with an updated card & explained to the man what had transpired, he couldn't of cared a less it seemed & really offered up no alternative. If I could give them no stars I would. I got a coupon in the mail and loving the idea of green housekeepers, booked them. I pointed out specific areas I needed help with. Those were all but ignored. I don't know what cleaning products they use but my house smelled like B.O. when they left instead of clean. The woman they sent then offered me her number saying she would clean my house on the side for half the price they charge. Makes you wonder what they do to instill such employee loyalty. Sadly, Naked Clean continued to change the people who were cleaning my house and on two separate occasions, nobody showed up when I was waiting all afternoon for them! On one of these occasions, I was back and forth with the owner on the phone who kept telling me he couldn't get in touch with the woman because she wasn't answering her cell phone, but assured me she'd be right over. Then it turned into, "she's lost and driving around your neighborhood". I went outside to look for her and saw no one. So she never showed. The owner said he was going to fire her because they have "had problems with her before". They discounted my next cleaning (I would have preferred it be free since I wasted my day waiting), but I allowed him to make it up to me. Well, they never fired her and actually scheduled her to come clean again, and guess what? She didn't show!! I was enraged. I ended the business relationship with them immediately. read more

Sadly I am not able to give this company more than one star as nobody showed up per the confirmation and arrangements I made with Naked Clean several weeks ago. I am a first time customer with the potential for regular business, it appears they have no system in place to make sure to entice the first time customer to stay which includes verifying appointments with their cleaning staff the day before and with the client. I even scheduled it on a better day for them, I have a deadline I needed to meet with this clean and now I am meeting this deadline myself. Also no call either to see if the the Cleaners arrived on time as scheduled......so besides no housecleaning there is also no "top notch" business practices with Naked Clean for potential new clients other than to just say how sorry they are with a big sigh on the phone. However while scheduling this earlier in July for today, no one hesitated to ask me "how I would pay" as they prefer cash and also encouraging tips for the cleaners. Really turned off by this company - please look elsewhere! read more

Wow, I just read that other review... what a moron. This is the best maid or house cleaning company I have EVER worked with. They are extremely professional and very, very, sweet people. But most importantly, they told me how to clean green and change my home from smelling like chemicals to smelling like fruit and flowers. Just wonderful. My husband and I are both doctors and are very busy people, and fully appreciate the customer service and outstanding results. I just can't say enough about them (family owned too). This was not a good experience.It took 2 gals 3 hours to clean my 2200 sq ft house and 3 of the bedrooms that were carpeted did not need vacuumed because they were cleaned the day before. I waited while they cleaned as it was a rental home and I don't live close by. After they left, I noticed that they hadn't cleaned the master bath shower, and had neglected to clean the master bath altogether. The mirrors were streaked and the grout in the shower was black and glass was mildew streaked. I called right away, within 10 minutes of them leaving,and was told they wouldn't be able to come back for another hour if I wanted to wait. I had somewhere to be so we scheduled them to come back the next day at 10:30. That evening I received an email from them saying the appointment was scheduled for 10am but that they could arrive as early as 9:30 or as late as 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 and they had not arrived yet. So I waited. At 10:35, someone from the company called to tell me that they were stuck in traffic, an accident (which turned out to be a lie as they were actually cleaning another house) and that they would not arrive until 11:15. I let her know that I had already been waiting an hour. They did not arrive until 11:40. The worst part was that they could not get the mold off the shower grout. I asked if they had bleach in a spray bottle because that is the only thing that works for me. And I realize that the company offers non-toxic cleaning solutions, but I had not requested this and just wanted my house clean. They had no bleach and nothing that would clean my shower glass doors (btw... a glass cleaner called Magic works greart). I told her that Comet also works and so she tried that with a brush and began to make some headway on the grout. In the mean time, I was noticing that some surfaces were not dusted and 2 of the 3 toilets still had grime in the lower bowl area. They cleaned the toilets again upon my request, and they now look clean. The language barrier was also a problem. I speak a little bit of Spanish but they could still not understand me most of the time. This was frustrating. The whole experience was frustrating and I felt that it was a waste of my time and money as I ended up spending another 3 hours at the house the 2nd day and still ended up cleaning part of the shower grout myself and all of the shower glass. I was offered a goodwill refund of $40 but that doesn't make up for the overall bad experience. I would not recommend this company for 3 reasons: 1) They didn't do a good job cleaning, especially for the price, 2) They did not speak or understand enough English,which made it tough to communicate, 3) They were not respectful of my time and schedule. read more

I had a very similar experience to the other reviewers. The first deep cleaning was great. My husband and I were very impressed so we hired them for bi-weekly services. We asked to keep the same team since hey did such a thorough job the first time. The gal who came to our home to do the estimate told me that several things were done each service including all the regular stuff you would expect plus wiping down the doors, dusting baseboards and kitchen cabinets. I started noticing dust on the bathroom cabinet doors so I asked them to clean these specially on the next visit. It did not happen. Recently I emailed with 4 things that had not been cleaned. Two days later when they ca,e for our regular service, I was shocked when I came home to find that they had not cleaned any of the 4 things I had just pointed out! Also on one cleaning they broke the cord on something electric and just shoved it back in as if we would not notice. The company did reimburse me for the repair but I still found it strange that I had to call the company and tell them what happened and the team had not mentioned it. Unbelievable. We kept the service for about a year before we finally got fed up. Believe these posts, it seems to be a recurring theme. read more

I recently listed my home for sale and the Realtor requested an open house a week earlier than expected. I found NC online and called last Thursday am for a Friday cleaning. While the calendar did not reflect an opening for the estimated 6 hours work, she promised to check schedules and call me back. Within 15 minutes I received a call back with the good news of an appointment at 3:30 on Friday. Veronica and Iveth arrived with smiles and worked diligently until 6:30pm. I called for a deep clean after a remodel. Had Carpet upholstery cleaners come first. Cleaned and moved all the wood furniture myself. They left dirty sills, pictures, lights and fans not dusted. Vacuumed and cleaned floors around objects including under dining table. Did not picks up a light half empty box dirt still under the box. Bathroom floor just swept. If this is how they clean I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. read more
