We will never use Naked Clean again. We booked them for a Saturday morning. They never showed. We called the local office. They were closed. We called the main number for new appointments and they said they weren't in California but would try calling someone for us. We left 4 messages. No one called us back until the following business day. They apologized and offered to reschedule. They came back and cleaned at a discounted price but did only a mediocre job. For example, in the master bath they cleaned only one of the two glass shower doors. read more

To the person a few posts below me... No, you don't always get the same person. But, if you got the name of the person, you could request it. The phone answering system seems a bit unorganized but still responsible. They have ALWAYS shown up almost exactly on time. (They're better at scheduling than I am) I have a ferret and a crazy cat. It kinda sucks that they don't clean litter boxes but I just do the scoop, bag it and they take it out. I also don't understand the post of someone not liking a friend coming along. You're already inviting a stranger into your home, does it really matter? Dead silence is creepy. I've only used them twice but I have no complaints thus far. read more

Hmmm, the reviews here are fairly consistent and I have little to add in the way of originality. When I first called to book, I requested the Cootie Clean (2 hours) and a regular houseclean (2 hours). A different woman called me back to actually book it. When the 2 maids arrived (I wasn't sure if there'd be one or two), they didn't know about the Cootie Clean and didn't have the proper equipment. They said this had happened once before (indeed, I read the Yelp review about it). I believe the maids did not get that info from the main office. Anyway, it was not a huge deal, they were scheduled for 4 hours (2, really, but counted for 4 since there were 2 of them). They did a good job, not great but decent enough. Since I have a small place, I was surprised by how long it took them to do the bathrooms and kitchen. I thought they'd be able to get to more in the allotted time. Overall I'm glad I tried this service because having "green" cleaning is very important to me, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't use them again. read more

2 separate visits and still the ONE thing I asked to be done, wipe the walls and trim down was not even touched. Snails pace for $35 an hour I was so frustrated over the quality of work I stopped the 'FIRST' crew after 2 hours. Second solo girl came back 2 days later and took and hour to clean the bathroom that the first girl took and hour to clean already. I had a pretty good experience with them. I have a small place (850sf) and every place wanted to charge around $105. I have no pets. Last place that I've used went over their estimate and ended up forking out $115. I called them and had no issue setting up an appointment. I just started using Naked Cleaning Services, they have been to my house twice so far. The experience has been really great, the actual cleaning was really good at the house. I had a very tight schedule for when someone could come clean the house, and they patiently worked with me so I could have regular cleaning at the day and time I preferred. I had to change things around a few times and each time I spoke with someone on the phone they were always friendly, helpful, and never got irritated which I really appreciated. San Diego, you are very lucky to have Naked Clean as an option. We used this service for about 3 years, until we moved out of the area. Our team (Chris and Dania) were fantastic. They cleaned lightning fast, very thoroughly, were friendly and kind, and could not have been more accommodating to our needs. We had 4 pets at the time and they were able to keep the furballs at bay (we were on the every week schedule). Dave and Veronica were great as well, always got back to me quickly if I had to change my schedule for any reason. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Oh and the price!! We pay twice as much now for a house that is 2/3 the size of our last home (not in San Diego) and our cleaning team is mediocre and grumpy. We are looking for a better service. read more

She is scheduled to arrive at 8:00am and she arrives at 7:59 every single time--so punctual. She is friendly, polite, and most of all, does a really good job cleaning our home. Started out as positive. The guy that gave me the estimate was nice and professional. It went all downhill from there. The team came out and cleaned once. The next time around, they didn't call to confirm the day before. Apparently they sent an email that I didn't see, and when they came the next morning, they took it upon themselves to walk into my house. I had no idea who was in my house. All I heard was a man saying hello. I thought someone was coming in to rob me. I was scared out of my mind. When they finally left, I called the company and they said someone would get back to me within 2 hours. I told them, that no one without a key should ever just walk in under any circumstances without previous permission to do so. They should have called or texted first, at a minimum. Even if they didn't have the common sense to do any of that, the female maid (it was a Mom - Son team) should have entered, NOT the man. That being said - no one got back to me. Not in 2 hours. Not in 2 days. I had to call them AGAIN. Awful awful customer service. I have no idea what they are thinking, and I am now on a search for a new maid service. read more

I love how easy it was to get set up with Naked Clean. Our cleaning lady is so friendly and trustworthy that we are just fine letting her come in while we are both at work (easier for her too having us out of the way I'm sure!), but even when we are home she is so respectful and will start at the opposite end of the house that my daughter is napping in. I decided to use them because they use the less toxic cleaners so my daughter, who spends most of her time on the floor, is a little safer. I was stunned at how much he knew about really cleaning a house, and at how well he clearly understood my priorities. Top-notch professional. I was also pleased at their price estimate and at how he'd documented my "particulars". I've used Naked Clean service for years now (after having tried out individuals, who let their standards creep downward week-by-week). Naked Clean sent Stephanie to me. My home is very tiny and extremely cluttered, requiring much patience and care. Stephanie (yay - English speaking!) has done a terrific job for me, every time. She is reliable, accountable, very thorough and a really great young lady with a refreshing personal morals and work ethic. She showed up every time (usually arrived a little later than scheduled, but not a problem since I wasn't home anyway). Unlike my previous help, Stephanie maintained the standard every time, the work did not decline. I love walking in the door after she's been here - I can immediately see it. Above all, she is honest - per her personal standards. If ever I asked for something specific to be done, she was 'on it'. The prices are more reasonable than the two other companies I had researched beforehand. My home was always left clean, in good repair, properly secured - I came home to "home" - as I like it. I am pregnant and decided to hire a monthly cleaning service for my apartment that uses natural products. I was very pleased with the cleaning service I received from Naked Clean. The cleaners did an incredible job! My apartment has never looked so clean and spotless. They were able to remove thick gunk/grease stains off my kitchen floor and walls around my stove that I have never been able to remove myself.
