I'm updating my review because my experience changed significantly after my visit. Clients are encouraged to leave a review while still at the spa in exchange for a complimentary salt facial. I initially agreed because I previously had a good experience at the Temecula location. Unfortunately, about a week later, I developed a droopy right eye--my biggest concern with TOX treatments. I was contacted for a follow-up and explained the issue. The front desk staff was kind and responsive, and I was asked to send a photo for assessment. They requested that I come in for evaluation; however, I was in Maui for two weeks and unable to visit any of the suggested locations during that time. By the time I was able to schedule an appointment at the Temecula location (the closest to me), the drooping had worsened. I had already been evaluated by my nurse practitioner, who confirmed the TOX was likely administered too close to the eye. In addition to the drooping on my right side, I developed a noticeable vein issue near my left eye that I had never experienced before. My NP advised facial massage to help reduce its appearance and will not perform any further treatments until my face fully heals. While the staff initially followed up, I was disappointed by the lack of meaningful resolution or continued check-ins as the issue progressed. Because of this experience, I canceled my NakedMD membership and will not return to this location. I strongly recommend verifying credentials and experience before booking TOX treatments here. From start to finish, my entire experience at Naked MD Riverside was nothing short of amazing! Kelly, the aesthetic artist, was such a pleasure to work with. She's incredibly friendly, a great listener, and truly takes the time to suggest what areas you may or may not need -- no pressure at all, just honest and thoughtful guidance. On top of that, they always have awesome specials and their communication is super fast, which is perfect for an impulsive person like me. That alone makes me want to keep coming back, along with all the other great things about this place! Genesis, the esthetician who did my facial, was wonderful as well. She was warm, friendly, and asked all the right questions about my skincare routine so she could adjust the products to best fit my skin's needs. Afterwards, she personally walked me over for my next appointment, which made the experience feel seamless and cared for. Francine, my injector, deserves a huge shoutout too. She was AMAZING! She guided me step by step through the process of my chin and jaw fillers, explained what to expect, and instantly put me at ease. I'll admit, I'm not a fan of needles, but with her calm demeanor, the topical numbing, and even Jen kindly stepping in to hand me a stress ball, the whole thing was truly a piece of cake. so i want to bring to light on my ENTIRE experience with nakedmd riverside they reached out to me after my first initial review i posted telling me to take my recent review down and that they would give me a free facial (which i do not need or want) I know that cosmetic procedures in general are expensive and i wanted to treat myself as a single mom of 2. they keep giving me the run around with what they charged me and trying to make up reasons to why their employees were doing their job right by giving false prices. again i went in thinking i was only going to pay $199 which was not honored and they are now bribing me to take down my review so they do not look bad to anyone . they are not answering my calls or texts even though they gave me the direct line to the manager who is also not answering any of my messages. it sucks that my first time after years of wanting to do this for myself had to be a nightmare and what i would say a very irritating experience. i will not be returning to nakedMD riverside regardless of the "free" stuff they wanna offer. i was also told to massage my lips right after which isn't what i was supposed to do (informed by the manager) and now i believe the filler might be migrating on my top lip. i am not the type of person to review anything, ever, but i would like to inform everyone about the experience i had in case they might endure the same problem. read more

First time here and I am definitely coming back. The booking process online is easy and gives you the option to pre enter your information to speed up your appointment day intake. As soon as I arrive I was greeted and offered water while I waited for my appointment. Kelly my consultant was very informative and made my visit pleasant overall. I absolutely love going here! went to get my lip flip done for the second time on Friday and Francine who did my injection did such an amazing job once again! she is so Informative with the injections and post care. i will be going to her again as my lips look so natural and soft. I also ended up getting a facial by Kristen and I can honestly say my skin has never been this soft and so hydrating which my skin desperately needed. Went to see the ladies at NakedMD for some concerns around typical signs of aging and more noticeable structural changes in my face that are a bit more noticeable due to issues resulting from a previous damaging injury and surgery that structurally altered my appearance. Loss of some volume has called attention to some of these things. I discussed a few of my concerns with Injector Auri. Who was attentive and responsive to what we discussed. I had naked lips done and a lip flip. I hope to be able to have my additional concerns addressed as well, such as naked nose for symmetry, maybe chin for facial balance & Sculptra to increase collagen in areas showing some volume loss. Arrived to my first lip filler appointment nervous, not knowing what to expect as this was my first cosmetic procedure. I was greeted promptly by friendly, welcoming staff. I met with two of their knowledgeable staff, both of whom informed me of my options, offered expert recommendations without being "pushy". I came to naked MD first week of December. It has now been about two months, it was very welcoming and kind. Beautiful establishment and people! They are so kind and helpful, making sure to break down every detail etc. I got half a syringe of lip filler and forehead tox with Francine. We mainly focused on shaping my cupids bow for a natural look. I waited to post a review to give my full opinion now that it settled in. Don't panic with the lumps in your lip filler mine took about 3-4 weeks for them to fully level out. I went in for .5ml of Restylane Kiss + a lip flip and had the best experience!! I was greeted by Genesis and taken to my room by her, she provided such a welcoming ambiance and made nerves go away! My consultant Kelly was the sweetest, I was indecisive between 1ml of .5ml-she was very transparent with me about how my results would look and steered me to start small! My injector Jen made me feel really comfortable during my procedure, I felt no pain and had little to no swelling or bruising post procedure. 10/10 would recommend this location and these lovely ladies.
