I moved from San Diego and was looking for an injector that is closer to home so I don't have to drive down for appointments . I decided to try this place. The staff is very friendly and the place is pretty clean. I went there on some sort of new client special and yes I bought the membership too. A few things I didn't like. 1. It took 3 people to see me before the actual injector comes in.One person puts me in a room, the next asks me what I'm looking for and makes notes and then the 3rd is the actual injector. Seems like 1 person could do the same job. What I also didn't like is that they sell you on "per area". How do you know how many units they used in that area? I've always been charged per unit not per area, and everything is an area and is a few hundred bucks. It's been about two months and I do not like my results. Make sure you get any specials in writing, the actual amounts because when you schedule they'll lower the amounts saying the special changed but they will honor it what you have in writing after they try to talk you into getting less, which is what the new special is.. my experience with the injector. She was very rude and condescending. Went back for a follow up to fix a droopy eyebrow and she explained that's how my eyebrows are, even though they weren't that way before the tox. I got micro needling with PRF done. This is my second time at this location. The first time was painful, the redness went away after about 3 days and I had some slight bruising on my nose and cheekbones. This second time with Francine, the pain was significantly less. They did add some extra numbing cream after I told them the first time was a bit painful. The location is clean and the staff are friendly. Recommend this location and procedure. read more

I made an appointment for a full syringe but Daisy advised me to start with half a syringe for my lips which I appreciated because I wanted their honest opinion. Girlies, let me tell you. I got my lips done here twice and they are so nice until you have a problem that needs to be fixed. My lips were so uneven after getting my second syringe like I could even feel the lip filler more on my right side than my left and I called them at first to tell them about it they said to come in for a follow up. They were so rude to me bc I needed something fixed they told me my lips are migrating even tho the second time I got them done they told me that I had so much space to get filler and the nurse even said if she had any worry that my lips were not gonna handle it than she wouldn't do it. As soon as I come in they're like "it's because your lips are migrating" and "even if we tried to fix them they will still be uneven" the negativity toward me was so bad. They only want your money and don't care about the true clients. I even was open to paying for this to get it fixed and the manager went as far as telling me that I'm here just to get free filler like what?? I was never expecting this to be free I just want my lips fixed. Terrible people who don't truly care about their clients. It's just a number game to them and the second your not dropping a few hundreds is the second they will dismiss you. Sad. The manger there is not it. read more

My lip was injected by my injector, Francine, and the nurse. In spite of my incessant questions, she was incredibly kind and patient with me, making me feel at ease.
