I originally heard about Naked MD's services on Instagram and decided to book an appointment for a full syringe of lip filler at a promotional price of $199. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was taken to a room for what I thought would be a consultation with the injector. However, it turned out to be a sales representative instead. Like another reviewer mentioned, I felt pressured during the consultation. The salesperson kept trying to upsell me on services I didn't want, particularly pushing the idea of a more expensive "kiss filler" that would have cost nearly triple the price. Ultimately, I opted for a lip flip and decided to get my 11s and forehead treated instead. In the end, I spent about $300 more than I initially planned. While my forehead and 11s turned out great, I was frustrated to learn that the product they use has a delayed effect, meaning I had to wait at least two weeks to see the full results. After about a week, I noticed that my lip flip felt asymmetrical, with one side not looking quite right. I called to express my concerns and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, when I arrived, despite being told they could address my issue, they did nothing to help. Now, my lips appear lopsided, and I've been informed that I'll just have to wait for it to wear off, which could take another 4 to 5 weeks. Overall, I was not happy with the outcome of my lips and felt let down by my experience at Naked MD. I had hoped for a positive result, but instead, I'm left feeling disappointed and stuck. They said once the treatment wears off I could come back in and they can try again. My question is why would I come back in to have services done by naked, MD if they weren't done right the first time? read more

I had an amazing experience at Naked Med Spa! It was super easy to get an appointment through their instagram and Black Friday specials, and the clinic itself is convenient to get to. All of the employees are kind, friendly, and always welcoming with big smiles. I also appreciate that their pricing is upfront, no pressure to upgrade or add anything you didn't ask for. I personally chose to add a little extra Botox for my frown lines, and I'm glad I did! Kennedy was my aesthetic nurse, and she was fantastic. She's warm, professional, and really takes the time to ask what look you're trying to achieve. I told her I wanted a more defined Cupid's bow, plumper lips, and a smooth, line-free forehead. She applied numbing cream and gave it about 15-20 minutes to set before starting. We did the lip filler first, and although there were a lot of tiny pokes, the pain honestly wasn't bad more like small pinches (like gently pinching your lip with tweezers). The filler has lidocaine in it, so I'd rate the pain around a 3/10. After that, Kennedy did a lip flip so my upper lip doesn't curl when I smile. And wow... even with the swelling, I could already see a huge difference! Going from being insecure about my thin lips to having pouty, sexy lips feels amazing. Next, she did the frown lines and forehead Botox super quick and not painful at all. Just a reminder: it takes about 2 weeks for everything to fully settle, so follow the aftercare instructions to get the best results. Thank you, Naked Med Spa! This was by far the worst medical spa experience I have ever had. I purchased a full syringe of Juvederm lip filler and saw little to no difference in my lips afterward. I have had lip filler done before at other providers, so I know what to expect, and the results here were extremely disappointing. My lips did not look the way I wanted them to, and I was unhappy with the overall outcome. When I contacted the office to express my concerns and request a refund, I was told that I should get more filler instead. That made no sense to me because I was already dissatisfied with the results from the initial treatment and did not want additional work done. What was even more frustrating is that several of my family members also had treatments here and were disappointed with their results as well. In my opinion, this is the worst medical spa I have ever been to. I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment here to do their research first. Don't be tempted by the special deals and promotions without carefully evaluating your options. While the prices may seem appealing, my experience left me feeling like I wasted my money and was not provided the results I expected. First of all my daughter talked me into getting my lips done, I refused before but thought I'll be brave and try it! Believe me, I had heard how painful it could be so I did my best to prepare for it. By the way this place is lovely and everyone is so kind and reassuring, I'm 72 and many times have faced the unkindness of ageism but NOT HERE! Anyway, in walks this lovely young woman named Gigi, she was so sweet and respectful I relaxed almost instantly. Now I get my lips numbed but I've heard it can still be quite painful.
