They exchanged the item I didn't want and delivered the item I preferred instead THE VERY NEXT DAY! I'm absolutely in love with my sectional. The kids LOVE IT. Our order was not going thru my husband called the store and was informed it was due to the 3rd party system they use. They said in order for him to get next day delivery he had to go in person to make the purchase by 5 PM. He was able to make it. Fast forward to today the power recliner the was delivered at noon did NOT work. They offered to leave a the broken recliner for a $200 discount, send a repair man that could take days, refund our money, or replace it. In my mind a replacement the same day would have been OK since it was 12 PM and we received a delivery window of 8 AM to 8 PM. We opted for next day delivery but requested to speak with a manger. I was informed I would receive a phone call in 2 hours. 4 hours later we still had not received a call. I called the store. It took over an hour to receive a return phone call. I spoke with Melissa. She stated she was a guest service manager and there was nothing that could be one on her end. The best thing they could do is deliver a replacement the next day. The ordering and delivery process have been a horrible experience. We will not be ordering from them again

I was very sad that we would need to find a replacement because I was doubtful we could have it resized. Another reviewer here mentioned they did just that so we decided to give it a try. They gave me a great deal and told me it would take about 10 days -- when I picked it up, I was honestly shocked. It looks like a brand new rug. The colors are vibrant again and the whole thing feels refreshed and revived. I'm so happy with the results and definitely recommend them if you want your rug done right.

We could not have asked for a better experience. As first-time homeowners, we're learning the ropes…read moreand making small changes in our new house. Our home had wall-to-wall mismatched carpet, and new flooring was the first big ticket item on our list. We put out feelers on Yelp and met with a handful of flooring companies, went to a lot of showrooms, and did a ton of research. Ultimately, we chose Triple A for their patience, honesty, feedback, and reviews. Boy did we get exactly the type of service every homeowner dreams of getting. The day before install, I was very nervous about the process so Bradley and Danny stopped by to reassure me and walk me through the entire process. This was after we spent a week or so going back and forth on carpet. We ended doing most of our home in McMillan Niobe waterproof laminate and the bedrooms with a plush carpet. The install was seamless and they even patched up some concrete cracks and took extra care to protect our flooring from water that may or may not be coming in from outside on our concrete slab. Their care and concern for our home was absolutely the best. Fast forward a month or so down the road, and our new home has multiple plumbing leaks including a slab leak which soaked a portion of our carpet in our closet and bedroom. Bradley stopped by on his way home to pull up the carpet, cut out the wet padding, and assured us it could be salvaged. They'll be coming back out once the repairs are done to reset the carpet. On top of all this phenomenal customer service, they're ordering our flooring for another customer, and called to see if we wanted to order extra boxes because we were only left with one plank after the job was done. I mentioned this after the install and they remembered. If you're going to get your floors done, there's no better team out there than Triple A flooring. Their carpet installer was so kind, answered all of our crazy carpet questions, and even helped us salvage a few pieces that we turned into a hallway runner. Don't go anywhere else, use Triple A!
