She got all the hairs exactly where I asked she kept asking if I felt comfortable if I was OK. She shaped my eyebrows exactly how I wanted and got all of my stubborn hairs. I always come on a weekday afternoon and have very little wait time. Only one other paton was being attended to at the time I went. In about five to ten minutes I went from bushy brows to clean and neat. Amy did a wonderful job and was gentle in tending to my brows. read more

They did a nice shape on my eyebrows but I'm just put off that they use the same eyebrow brush that she used on her prior customers. It's my only complaint but I find it important to be sanitary and not use things that was used on another client. read more

Her threading had minimal pain and she was both quick and efficient. She took extra care in my comfort as she was aware I was pregnant, which I really appreciated. Eyebrows service here is $11 which is $5 more than the ones I usually go to, so I had high expectations. However, i feel like they didn't really do much and put any alcohol wipe or anything after they finished cleaning and framing my eyebrows to make it look nicer. It's not bad, but I guess I just expected more. read more

This place is great, they get me right every time. Before coming here, my eyebrows had been butchered by another salon and were very uneven. The ladies here helped even them out again and worked to get the perfect shape for my face. They even ask you how thick you want your eyebrows so that they can give you the best results for your preferences. The salon is clean, it has a comfortable environment, and they offer multiple body care services in addition to threading. I recommend my girls Amy and Saru, they do the best every time without fail. read more

As for a man who likes to get his eyebrows done, it's sometimes hard to find a place where the staff also treats you with kindness and respect because i'm a male. the staff at Venus are very friendly and gentle with your eyebrows. Amy was the best! Amy took the time to thread my entire face. she paid close attention to my chin hairs and OMG, she got every one! I also loved how she took care around my lip which is the most sensitive. she constantly asked if I was ok when it came to the lip and was in-tuned to know when to pause. she also was aware of not going too close to my hairline. Even though the price went up, it is still worth it! I usually go to Saru but she wasn't there. I was about to walk out, but I decided to give another artist a chance as I was quite desperate and needed my eyebrows done...BUT I do not regret whatsoever! Amy did an amazing job, especially considering she was the only one working at the time! It wasn't thinned out and it was exactly what I wanted, a simple cleaning and little shaping since my eyebrows grew out a lot. She was very sweet as well! I reccomend both Saru and Amy! read more

Was VERY specific in telling her I just wanted them cleaned up, not reshaped. She ended up reshaping them anyways and taking half of my thick eyebrow tails off. I have one really thin, angular brow now and the other looks nothing like it, thankfully, but they don't even look even. Do not come here if you like your eyebrows! read more

I love they are open late until 10P.M. Between late work days & traffic .this salon allows me to get the nail care I need efficiently & in a very relaxing setting. My Nail tech for my manicure was Diana& she he was amazing and made sure she cleaned all my cuticles and prepped my nails as I requested before adding on the gelx. She was so patient with me to get the detailed look I needed for an event I needed to attend Sat She was so kind to pay attention to every detail and made sure to achieve the look I wanted with my nails. She is super professional & talented! MIMI, was the nail tech who did my pedicure ,she was so thorough on making sure she got my feet not just looking great , But feeling great & healthy. I work 12 hr shifts on my feet , Mimi, made sure to truly exfoliate my calloused heels & get all in growns fixed Nail wise.My feet were transformed into soft &smooth & feeling great again. She made sure the color & length for my nails were also achieved in the details I expressed.. My feet felt brand new after this pedicure. But all the ladies were so kind and accommodating. Their customer service is definitely 5 stars .their venue has street parking spaces in the front . But I absolutely love how they can accommodate for people with busy schedules. They also offer a wide variety of nail services. Everyone here was just so sweet & talented . The decor itself is very whimsical, clean and relaxing. They have beautiful plants & a lil mini pond in the middle of the salon. Transforming and relaxing the ambiance of the space! I highly recommend this Nail Salon.

No pain except a bit on the left pinky but again, habitual nail biter so not their fault. I paid 65 total for the set and manicure. + 9 tip (1 dollar extra for credit card) so 75 total. I had to get this for a conference but hey if I needed to get this done, this place seems solid! Again I know nothing bout nails so.... I love getting my eyebrows done here! They know how to shape my eyebrows just like I love it. They also have a stamp card promotion, every time you come in and get your eyebrows done you get a stamp. I don't like to get my eyebrows threaded that often because my eyes perpetually water from the pain, but Niru did such a good job. So gentle, yet effective for clean and sharp eyebrows.
