Ok this is usually my go-to spot and I hate writing a bad review for a place I go to regularly. I usually go here to get my eyebrows threaded at a reasonable price ($8). There's usually no wait too. But on my last visit, the front tips of my eyebrows were uneven :/ one brow had more hair in the front than the other. Got my brows threaded here last month because my usual place is farther than this place. Asked for a clean up only that I didn't want them thin. She did the opposite of what I asked. She reshaped my eyebrows and left them way too thin. I had microblading done a year ago and I don't know what gave this lady the idea that I would want my eyebrow hair removed where I had microblading. Hello?! I got microblading to make them seem fuller and instead she decides to remove the hair I had growing there. The threading even hurt because she kept yanking out eyebrow hairs that were not normally plucked/threaded. I will never go back again. read more

Honestly loved this place! I got Roma, and she was so sweet and really took her time with my eyebrows. She even shaped them to fix how uneven they've always been. Before thinning out the front of one brow, since it doesn't grow as thick as the other, she made sure to ask first, which I appreciated. Facility isn't very clean. Went to get a full face waxing, and the woman burned so much of my skin as well as was so messy, getting wax all over my hair. Won't ever go back. My 1st time getting my eyebrows and mustache treaded since covid. I went in and there was no one there so I was immediately seated. I had on my mask which I think is their policy. The girl doing the treading is a different way. They don't use their mouths like before. Instead the string is around the neck but the same bobbing technique. So she did my eyebrows first and I really forgot about how uncomfortable and painful those strings is against your skin as they are removing the hair. After my eyebrows were done we proceeded to my mustache. Obviously for this I had to unmask myself. She was really quick with this area. She asked if I wanted aloe and I remembered this was my favorite part because they would give you a quick massage and rub your eyebrows and relax you. I quickly say yes and she just put aloe without the massage. Ugh covid changed this too. She brought a mirror for me to check the brows and I was satisfied. I went to pay and it was 8 for the eyebrows and 5 for the mustache. Great job and excellent service. read more

I use to go to the Rosemead Eyebrow threading place however, this location is so much closer to home. After the experience i've had, this is FOR SURE, MY GO TO PLACE. Rami did such a great job! She is super friendly and gentle with my sensitive eyebrows. My eyebrows came out great, they weren't too thin. You can't go wrong with the pricing they give! Super affordable! AND, what eyebrow place gives you a quick but relaxing eyebrow massage afterwards?!?! THIS PLACE!! Best eyebrow threaders in town for a great price. I can completely trust any of the ladies here to thread me. I've never had to tell them not to make my eyebrows too thin and I've left happy with the shape every. single. time. They also massage aloe vera onto your eyebrows after they finish. They do take a little bit longer to thread than most threading places I've gone to but I'd rather have them take their time than to leave me with cuts all along my eyelids. I've gone here for about a year now and I've probably only gotten cut once. Ugggggh. I usually come here during the weekdays after work, but i decided to come here on a sunday. This girl who did my eyebrows is definitely inexperienced. She shortened my eyebrow on the left so now the right is longer -_- she asked if i wanted to trim my eyebrows and I said sure. I thought she was just gonna trim a bit like what ALL the other girls did here, but no. She trimmed wayyy to much. she used a tweezer and overplucked and now theres a noticeable bald area. I dont know how someone can mess up this bad like wtf. She seemed nice and all thats why I didnt say anything. So I left.
