LOVE This review is overdue. I can't say enough good things. Tanya gave me the brows I should have been born with. I had been researching brow tattoos for years. I was extremely nervous. I have no other tattoos and I'm a very cautious type. But I could see from reviews and her portfolio that Tanya did beautiful work. I was tired of drawing on my brows every day. It only took a few minutes, but those are precious in a rushed morning routine. It was time and mental focus I could've spent on something else. The money spent was so worth it. Now my brows are perfect, 100 percent of the time. I don't have to think about them, except to protect them from bleaching agents. I recently went back to Tanya for a color boost (touch-up), right on time after 3 years. I probably could've gone longer, but I decided to go while the shape was still well-defined. I finally took the plunge and made an appointment with Tanya for my eyebrows. I saw her instagram and was completely blown away, her work was exactly what I was looking for. We had some issues getting a date to work for both of our schedules, because she Santa Rosa location fell through last minute. So we figured out when I could come to her studio in Pacifica. Tanya was great and booked a night appointment, so I could drive up after work. My first appointment was great, it took a while, but I was completely fine with it, because I wanted them to look great- Tanya is a perfectionist and her work shows it. She is very patient and works with you, to get you exactly what you want and what looks great for your face. For years I wanted to do microblading, but I was to scared of the procedure. After seeing the Instagram account of Namaste Brows I decided to contact Tanya. During the consultation, she explained the procedure and put makeup on my eyebrows to show me how everything would look. We decided to do microshading as it has a more natural look. The procedure took 4 hours. The first hour, Tanya contour the eyebrows with makeup and put numbing cream. Then, she tattooed them, during this time she was such a perfectionist making sure both eyebrows look the same. Although, I was there for 4 hours, I felt like the whole thing was fast, because we were talking and listening to music. A few weeks later I went for the re-touch (only lasted 90 minutes). This may be my most heartfelt review ever because this is one where someone truly has improved my life. It may seem like a silly thing to say about having cosmetic type services, but to some of us it's so much more than that. This is something that really makes people feel good, and improves their confidence! I had super thin and asymmetrical brows which I had to fill in and try to make match EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. And let me tell you, that gets olllllld. Sometimes you don't want to have to do that! I got powder brows done to alleviate the daily burden of drawing in my brows! I've always been terrified of having anything permanent done to my face, because, well duh... it's my face! The thing other people literally look at everyday. Haha. So that means you really need to do your research and trust the person performing the service. I found Tanya through a friend whom had her brows done, and my friend has similar hair, eye and skin color as me... so I finally felt like I saw an example of work that I would want done on me. Upon looking at Tanya's IG page, I saw that she could even make redhead's eyebrows look natural! She could do everyone! Light skin, dark skin, medium skin.... I was super impressed and immediately reached out. It took some time to get to the appt due to our schedules and funny thing is my nerves almost made me cancel. Then I was thinking... should I spend the money that that? Then I didn't know she moved to Pacifica when she previously was in Redwood City (which is where I am) when I booked her, so then I thought, oh that's far...should I cancel? Well let me say how grateful I am to her, and how happy I am that I never let my nerves or excuses get in the way because I am beyond happy with the results! So what do I have to say to you?
