I was lucky to get an appt that worked with my travel schedule exactly 1 month in advance, but the selections were pretty limited so would definitely recommend scheduling an appt more than 1 month in advance. Vicky sent reminder emails and online waiver forms to sign before the appt, which made things way more efficient during the actual appt. The studio is super clean and well lit, and man the chair is so comfy, I fell asleep during both my first session and touch up session LOL. Vicky is professional and very sweet, striking the perfect balance between providing information about the process and making clients feel comfortable. My healed eyebrows after the first session were pretty faded around the edges, so during my touch up session Vicky adjusted my aftercare instructions, and they healed perfectly!! She clearly knows what she's doing and that everyone's eyebrows heal differently. Compared to a lot of eyebrow artists, Vicky's pricing is super reasonable, but in this economy you'll definitely want to make an appt before it goes up. There is free parking behind the building, and she even provides instructions to find the parking lot. She also offered me the option to reschedule my touch up session if I wasn't comfortable driving in stormy weather (this was when the Bay Area was getting battered and flooded by back to back storms), and I was so touched by her thoughtfulness.
