Keep in mind this is a food truck with minimal overhead. We got there with only one other person in front of us. our order was a simple Carne Asada burrito. The young lady taking the order was very nice and pleasant. The price on the menu was $14 for the burrito which was super high in my opinion. When I used my credit card to pay for it, it gave the option for a tip. I only tipped one dollar because it was only a takeout burrito from a food truck. But even with that, no drinks, nothing else, it came out to a total of $18.11 for one burrito. I guess it would be an OK price if it was a gigantic, super delicious burrito, loaded with expensive meat. but it was not. It was probably 60% lettuce and rice. And maybe 10% actual meat. The flavor of the meat, cheese, salsa, tortilla was all pretty good, but that burrito was worth maybe eight dollars at the most. Sadly, our search goes on for a decent Mexican food location in this part of Florida. this place should be ashamed of itself for charging that much money for a burrito of that size and quality. Oh, and the wait to get this burrito was extremely long. Probably like 20 minutes to get one simple burrito with only one guy that was in front of us for a couple minutes when we got there. Nobody behind us either. Crazy.

They are trying different areas in Florida to see how successful they'll be. Service was great. Only took 5 minutes for our fish even with over 20 people in line. They have one think on the menu,fish and chips. No drinks . They don't accept cash. The truck look brand new and you could see it was very clean inside. The only problem is you have to take it home or eat in your car. If they ever come back to our area I'll be back!

The filing on top of the hard-boiled eggs was creamy with a lot of flavor. Charcuterie - This was a standard plate with what appeared to be fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables. Pulled Pork - This was great. The pork was very tender with limited fatty pieces. There was a ton of flavor to this, and BBQ sauce was not even needed. St. Louis Ribs - These were tasty too. They came right off the bone, not dry, and even better when BBQ sauce was added. They were probably my favorite item tried of the day. Potato Salad - This was not bad. The potatoes were a little inconsistent by some being hard and others soft. The mayo base was tasty. There seemed to be a little mustard present, which balanced the mayo flavor, whatever it was, it was a nice compliment. House Salad - This was a standard house salad. I would have liked to seen more items besides spring mix used, but not a big deal. The balsamic vinegar dressing was the key here. It had a thick texture and was very good. Will I go back? Yes.
