What we ordered (our server recommended everything) Red Sea chili wontons Signature Bao Pan fried thumblings Xia long soup bun Spicy chicken soup bun Truffle soup bun The Red Sea chili wontons had a wonderful flavor. We didn't find it spicy at all. But they were delicious nonetheless Signature Bao was one of my favorites. I have been on the hunt for good Bao and I found it! The filing was full of flavor and delicious. Xio long soup bun was simple, easy to eat, and was comforting. On a rainy day I could eat 20 of these. These with the dumpling sauce were full of comfort. Spicy Chicken soup bun had a nice burn that hit the back of the throat. The flavor was great and the spice was not overwhelming. These were my husbands favorite Truffle Soup Bun were my favorite of the meal. I am not a truffle person but our server promised we would love it. So we went with it and I'm so glad I did! The flavor was enough to taste but not overpowering. My only complaint is I wish I got more! Our server was right on all her recommendations. Pretty cool to have this type of restaurant in a place like Parker, so I appreciate the variety that they bring to the town. But when it comes to dim sum and chinese dishes, I will always measure it against benchmarks, like star kitchen, in Denver. Very nice and attentive staff, and inside is warm and inviting. Decor is very tasteful and nice too. Food, unfortunately, does not measure up to my benchmarks in Denver. Prices are quite high too. Just two of us spent $100, after tax and tip, and we didn't order any alcohol. The dim sum, sadly, had skin that was breaking with a texture that was a little on the stiffer/harder side. The ingredients, while individually fine, did not seem to come together so well with integrated flavor. Steam bun was okay, but the bbq pork filling fell super flat on flavor. Tried Nana Dumplings in Parker recently. Overall, a solid spot with a couple of standout items. The spicy chicken soup buns are the highlight--honestly better than Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone, both of which I usually enjoy. The spices take them to another level and make them truly memorable. The crab rangoons were great, and the spicy cucumber salad was refreshing and well done. While I didn't try all the vegetarian options, the veggie dumplings I had were okay, and I've had better elsewhere. The pork buns didn't really work for me--they were the weakest item we tried. The food is so delicious, every item we have eaten here has been mouth wateringly good! There is plenty of dumpling and noodle offerings to satisfy most people who like this type of cuisine without being an overly large menu. Absolutely amazing Chinese restaurant that I will definitely visit again in the future! Every single dish we tried here was so good! We got the pork xiao long bao (soup dumplings), szechuan chicken (spicy), red sea chili wontons, and bbq bao. Everything was incredibly flavorful and delicious! I highly recommend this place. That spice level was fire and delicious!), Chive and Pork Dumplings (steamed and with a beautiful rich taste), and Shrimp Lo Mein. Yes, it was a lot of food - but I was absolutely excited about having leftovers for lunch today. I truly enjoyed my experience and glad I heeded the warning of the other reviewers to get there early. I arrived at about 515 and by the time I left at 7:30 the place was packed on a regular weekday. They have an expensive cocktail menu for a small location and you can get traditional and unique cocktails. I opted for their version of the old-fashioned and it did not disappoint. For food while I wanted to taste everything, I asked for the recommendations from my attentive and pleasant waitress. I ended up with their soup bun, cause she said I could not leave there without it and I was happy I did so, and the green beans which were amazing. Probably one of the best preparations of green beans I've had. I still had room in my stomach, so I went ahead and tried the black bean , spare ribs and I am glad I did. Pan fried thumblings were pretty good, especially with the sauces on the table. Shrimp dumplings were fine, but had zero structural integrity. They were stuck to the base, and also to each other, and as soon as I tried to pick one up with the chopsticks, it tore itself and everything attached to it. If you're looking for the best Asian restaurant in Parker, this is it. Hard stop. There's no competition. That doesn't mean Nana's is the best Asian food in the world or even the Denver Metro area, but it is the best in town. They make Cherry Village, Johnny's, and even that absolutely terrible place on Main Street seem gross in comparison. When you go to Nana's, you should get the dumplings. That's what they specialize in, and they're among the best dumplings in the Denver area. However, don't sleep on the green beans, soups, and noodles. This is just an all-around good restaurant where the flavors are right and the consistency is there. They opened up where Mr. Ramen (an underrated ramen spot that the tastebuds of Parker just weren't ready for) was, so it's a smaller location than the other Nana's locations, but the good news is that it travels well for takeout or delivery. So excited to have Nana's closer to home! We love visiting Nana's Aurora location, but it's often hard to get in without a long wait. This Parker location just soft opened yesterday (5/22/25), so I fully expect them to have some "getting up and running" kinks to work through. We came for lunch today, about 30 mins after opening. There were already a couple tables seated, and several more groups came in while we were eating. Clearly, people are happy to have this location! Everything was right on par with our normal experience, which was pleasantly surprising (again, I expected some decrease with them being brand new). The only thing that was very slightly different was the Red Sea chili dumplings, which were a little tougher in texture than I'm used to but still so yummy. We enjoyed the sea bass as well. Good texture, good flavor and ended up being my mom's favorite dish. Service was fantastic. Servers very attentive and helpful explaining dishes in case someone had never been before. Since the opening of the LoHi Nana's Dim Sum & Dumplings, many more have popped throughout Colorado (and in New York and New Jersey). They now are in LoHi, Aurora, Central Park, Parker, Boulder and Colorado Springs, with the Golden Triangle (180 W 10th Ave. Denver) and Longmont (125 Ken Pratt Blvd, Longmont) locations in the pipeline. The recently opened one in Parker was not as large as some of their other locations, but it had the same Chinese themed decor and was certainly a blessing for dim sum, dumplings and buns lovers in this part of town. The quality and service were very good and consistent as the other locations. Here were their signature bao, pan fried pork buns, pan fried thumblings, stir fried green beans and Chinese broccoli. Nana's replaced Mr. Ramen and I'm still pretty bummed about it. One of the servers from Mr.Ramen works for Nana's and his service has always been spectacular. The restaurant is always clean, a bit small but whenever I've been there has never been a wait. We ordered shrimp dumplings, black bean spareribs, pan fried thumblings, XLB, and the salted egg yolk bun. Honestly, while the food wasn't bad, it definitely was not impressive.
