Amazing pizza and the inventors of the stuffed pizza! Brand new remodel as well. Brand new bar.

Perfection. Not as well known as Lou Malnati's or Giordano's, but exponentially better. This is my #1 choice for deep dish pizza in Chicago. The crust is everything. Crunchy. Chewy. Substantial, but fully cooked. Sometimes the other places have slightly doughy crusts. Not here. Maybe there's something magic about the old ovens. If you're a fan of sausage, get the Nonna's Special. This is what pizza was meant to be: sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper and tons of mozzarella, all in the right balance. Add in a pitcher of Killian's Red, and you're set. Except you're not. I don't usually get dessert at a pizza joint, but try the cannoli. Seriously. Try the cannoli. Made fresh, not sitting in a case. Crispy shell. Creamy filling. Warm on the ends. Cold in the middle. This is a taste and texture combination. We've done takeout a lot, but do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant for the hottest, gooiest, crunchiest experience. Nancy's has been doing this since 1971, so they must be doing something right. Find out for yourself.

The Best Stuffed Pizza in Chicagoland hands down. Been coming here since the 70's and tried many others over the years but Nancy's can't be beat! Perfect crust, the right amount of cheese and spot on sauce. Piping hot and always delicious! Great waitstaff too.

I was up in the area with my family to see our daughter in show choir. I had worked at a Nancy's in the the 80s during college and was so excited to find out this was one of the originals. We went and the stuffed pizza was as good if not better than I remembered. Marissa and her husband were the ultimate in hosts. We had left overs but were afraid they would not keep in the car so the made us a cool bag with ice for us to take. When we are back I. When I am in the area I will definitely stop back!!!

This is a delicious stuffed pizza... We had sausage and broccoli in half with fresh garlic

Excellent! Everything about this restaurant is great... The pizza deals are amazing... The lasagna and other dinners we've tried all have been like home. the people that work there treat you very very well. I like the ambience in the restaurant great service because of the above I will drive a little further to go to Nancy's.

I remember having Nancy's about 15+ years ago when my parents lived close by in Glenview. I can't recall what I didnt like at the time, but the fact that its been this long since I had it again is some indication. Having now moved out of state and back in for work, I wanted a deep dish. Also just landing in Ohare and starving, this was on my way to the hotel. I ended up dining in, which was odd; as they somehow assume that most people or at least a single person coming in a pickup order. So there was some delay in getting a menu and a seat. I ended up showing up on a day when they offer 1/2 pizza, I believe only thin crust. SO I ordered a small thin and a small pan. The thin was awful. I am talking Chicago pub pizza, so no NY influence in play. I could have stayed by ORD and had a better pub pizza at a dozen other places. It was a way undercooked (see pic). Pan pizza was slightly better, but also undercooked and looked and tasted just like a frozen Genos East I could grab at my local grocery chain for $11. Part of it is also due to it being undercooked, but the dough was flavorless. I am sorry, but either this was a day off for the kitchen staff or this place just fell off the cliff on quality.

I saw something about Nancy's Pizza on TikTok. Someone complained that the crust was too crispy, and I scoffed. There's no such thing. As it happens, the one in Niles is closer to Roger's Park, so I trekked out that way. I ordered an extra thin crust with sausage, pepperoni, and bacon...because I am a bastion of health. First off, the pizza was excellent. Sauce, toppings, cheese were all on point. The crust could've been crispier for me, but I did get mine to go, so that could account for some of it. Definitely worth the drive, though.

Nancy has the perfect clock right by the take out window. It's always pizza time!

This was our first time here, and we came to celebrate a birthday. We had noted it in the…read morereservation and also had a conversation about it with our server. We were a little surprised when nothing was done for it, which isn't a big deal, but I'll be honest it was disappointing since we did come specifically to celebrate and had talked about it w our server. 3/5 Arancini - Very salty. None of us really enjoyed them because of that. They also came out lukewarm instead of hot. Would have been excellent if it was less salty and came out hot and crispy. 5/5 Fig & Mushroom (subbed for prosciutto) - The menu doesn't specify how the fig is served. Turned out to be fig jam rather than fresh fig, which wasn't what we expected. A little too sweet for me but overall still very much enjoyed it. Their pizza was cooked perfectly with enough toppings and cheese. Very good pizza! 5/5 Braised Short Rib + Polenta - so good! The short rib was excellent, just slightly salty. The polenta was perfect, and it came with a generous portion of wild mushrooms. 2/5 White Wine Cake (recommended as "unique") by our server - This was the most disappointing meal item. Our waitress told us it was special, but it was very bland and didn't match the description or image on their website. Their website showed a cake with a large scoop of ice cream on top, fair amount of whipped cream and raspberry sauce. Ours came with maybe a quarter of the size of that ice cream scoop, a little teaspoon dollop of whipped cream that you eat in one bite and the raspberry sauce was a tiny smear on bottom for decor but there wasn't enough to actually eat it. The cake itself was moist but lacked flavor. It took a really long time to come out, we thought perhaps they forgot, then forgetting we were celebrating a birthday on top of that was disappointing. Atmosphere - Beautiful space, very well done. The only issue is how close the tables are, you can't pull your chair back without hitting someone, and getting to the bathroom requires asking others to move because of how tight the layout is. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would return. While there were a few dishes we wouldn't order again, and others we would. Would love to try the wild mushroom pizza next time! The only thing was that since we had come to celebrate a birthday and didn't end up doing that, the night felt a little less special than we had expected--but still a nice experience overall.

They have an extensive beverage program here, including mocktails, and that's what I settled on. I got one called Strawberry-Basil something, and it was so good. The strawberry-basil shrub was a key ingredient, and I don't get to a lot of places that use a shrub in their drinks. There was definitely a STRONG vinegar taste but for me, that was great. I also ordered a pasta dish, orecchiette and sausage with peas and a sweet, creamy sauce. Orecchiette and sausage are such a classic combo and I hadn't had this sauce before; it was a pleasant dish and was perfectly al dente. Service was good for the bar area. There's parking around, both in the lot right outside and the public parking lot below. And then of course there's the lots by the library and whatnot, so you should be able to find something.

Service was not great as we had to ask for the waitress twice to order and to get water and bread refills. Still the waitress knew the menu and specials well and was professional. We got complimentary water, warm bread, olive oil and grated parmesan cheese (probably from a food service as it sat on the table in a ramekin). We shared a glass of house Chianti and fried calamari. I got Tagliolini Neri Fra Diavola and she got Fettucine alla Panna. The wine tasted cheap, calamari was mediocre and the pastas were good, but far from excellent; better than Olive Garden but comparable to Romano's Macaroni Grill. For the prices it should have been much better. The dining room where we sat was clean and attractive but getting worn. The men's room about the same as the dining room. All in all it was a pleasant evening but not the quality experience that other reviews suggested. The restaurant is clearly resting on their reputation and needs a big refresh. For 1 glass of house wine, a shared appetizer and 2 pastas plus tax and tip we spent $140. It was worth about half of that.
