I know Sonoma has its fair share of cute [expensive] stores, but this stationary store in the Whole Foods strip mall is consistently the winner for us. Literally half the store is devoted to kids. Perfect to grab a new activity book or peruse their very complete selection of Ooly markers/pens/color pencils/crayons. Much MORE than stationary, there is a wide selection (an entire aisle) of stuffies: Douglas, Jellycat, Aurora, TY. Sometimes you may even find one for a bit lower than the normal price. Product is nicely curated. There is an entire aisle of gift-worthy books for female friends. And of course, cards of all kinds which are much nicer than your typical grocery store/Target/etc.

They had a great selection of toys and squishies, which my kids were really excited about…read more Unfortunately, we bought the last two dumpling squishies they had for $14.99 each, and both packages looked like they had already been opened. There was no seal or tape on either container. When we opened them, one was clearly not in new condition. The face was almost completely rubbed off, which made it look like it had been used or handled quite a bit before being sold to us. It was really disappointing, especially for my kids and considering the price. These same dumpling squishies are now sold at the dollar store for around $3, so paying $14.99 for one that appeared used was especially frustrating.
