One thing that I would hope that they would do is that almost every Mexican restaurant that serves fajitas has accompaniments such as shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and some kind of hot sauce to put on the fajitas as you wish. Having said that, the steak was extremely well seasoned and had plenty of peppers and onions as well. This is minor complaint in that, like I said, they have only been open 8 days and still have some kinks to work out until they get their bearings about them. I didn't get the bartender's name ( Cicillia? ), but you could definitely tell that this isn't her first restaurant job and was on the ball with making sure that I was well taken care of. I would definitely go back, especially once they get the hang of things. Their future looks bright as when I left, there wasn't a parking spot to be found and all of the tables were full with other customers.
