This Mexican food truck has all manor of tacos and fajitas as well as other Mexican delicacies. My husband and I ordered three tacos each. They took our order and asked us to wait in our car and they would bring it to us. I got the tongue, head and birria tacos. I have to say it is some of the best tacos I've had outside of San Diego. They did not skimp on the meat which was tender and flavorful. The head (cabeza) was fatty and so good. I don't see this sold very often along with tongue which is an underrated cut of meat.
