The tires had to be replaced twice because they were defective. I had to bring my vehicle back more than four times for the same problem, which wasted a lot of my time. Each visit seemed to come with additional charges, even though the issue was related to the tires I had already purchased. What makes it worse is that I originally bought tires that were advertised on special. After all the repeated visits and extra charges, I ended up paying more than what the regular price of the tires would have been in the first place. Customer service was extremely disappointing, especially from management. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was treated disrespectfully and my concerns were dismissed. Vaughn, to me, will always be one of the kindest, most decent men I've ever known. He took care of my mother and her cars for over 20 years. I remember calling from California to check on her, and every single time, she was getting solid advice, fair pricing, and real care when it came to her car. That kind of consistency is rare. I will never forget how well he and his team treated her. Fast forward to today. Vaughn passed away a few years ago, and his loss was deeply felt in this community. With him, it feels like the heart of that shop went too. The business is now run by Jimmy and his daughter. And the difference is noticeable.
