Absolutely horrible customer service. I was calling for a…read morepart estimate an I was rudely hung up on before I even said hello. Once I called back again to which the lady who answered the phone again. Which I found out her name is Sabrina. i was told my estimate for my part and that she could go get it an hold it now, I asked if I could call back once I got more estimates and if I decided to go with them. She said yes I called back after about 10mins of looking to let her know I indeed needed the part and that she could get it an hold it. She answered the phone again rudely saying "I told u we had it before an I could've gotten it then." To which I told her I wanted to call around first that is why I'm letting her know now I didn't find anything cheaper. To which she continues to say remarks like I was back there before u need to wait til I finish up with my customers so hold. I asked her why would she answer come back just to put me on hold again if she could just hold it. She said I gotta relook it back up and she is going to pray for me an said I need Jesus because I seemed tense. I absolutely do not understand the uncalled for remark, I found out her name through another co worker who came back to the phone after 20mins of holding. Sabrina took the phone and said she would hold it. I told her thank you an I confirmed Is your name Sabrina. She said I me e told u my name but yeah it is. So I wouldn't strongly advice someone else to answer calls for a parts shop that's doesn't have an attitude a tell people they need Jesus. I will be informing corporate of this matter as well

What auto parts store doesn't sell window ice scrapers? Perhaps I should ask, what auto parts store…read morehas employees that don't know what a window ice scraper is or where they would be kept? This place, that's where. The two gentlemen working were pleasant enough, and one did try to be helpful. The store is protected by bullet proof glass on the inside. To get out, you must walk around the entire perimeter of the store to get to the exit. Most items that you would want are either behind the counter or on a locked display. It's just not a pleasant consumer experience, and the lacking customer service skills from the associates does nothing to compensate for that.

Twice I was sold faulty parts, then the third time I tried to order online and pickup at the store. About ten minutes later I was notified my order had been cancelled due to suspected fraud!!! I called customer service only to be told I could try putting in the order again with another payment method. My payment was fine as it went through and I was showing my ID upon arrival anyway. The guy Mark there needs to learn some customer service skills too.

I'm a fan of NAPA Auto Parts. I think I've always had a good experience when visiting one of their…read morestores. I'm able to find what I need and I'm in and out in a matter of minutes. This NAPA is located near the Big Chicken (same side of the road) in Marietta. There are a lot of other auto parts stores nearby like Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, and O'Reilly. I stopped by this NAPA during my lunch break to pick up some replacement tail/brake light bulbs for my car. I purchased my last set from O'Reilly. O'Reilly and AutoZone carry Sylvania brand bulbs. NAPA carries Wagner brand. The bulbs burn and look the same. My car uses a mix of bulb brands and you can't tell a difference. The bulbs (2) cost $6.35 after tax (Wagner BP17881, equivalent to Sylvania 7225). I first tried to buy the Sylvanias at Advance, but they were out of stock. This NAPA store was open, airy, bright, clean, and neatly organized. I like the look of the NAPA stores better than Advance, AutoZone, and O'Reilly. It wasn't busy. There were several (4-5) employees and, at one point, I was the only customer. Customer service was good. The employee (#14) who checked me out signed me up for NAPA Rewards (www.naparewards.com) where you get $5 for every $100 you spend. You automatically get $5 off your next purchase after setting up your account. Your NAPA Rewards account is tied to your phone number. Also, AAA members get 10% off all purchases at NAPA.

It was the wrong part so I took it back to that store and they said no it was an online order. I would not have ordered it online if I would have known that. So I went through the process of returning it through ups and that was 12 days ago 13 days ago and I still have not gotten my refund even though they gave me a refund approval number. I've called customer service three times and cannot get an answer as to what is going on with my refund. They keep telling me that their warehouse isn't getting back to them well that doesn't work as an excuse for me because they're internal communication problems are not my problems. So it's been over 10 days they owe me a refund and I can't even find out if it's been processed what they're doing with it but they did receive and I have receipts for the receipt of the part I shipped back. And they don't seem like they're in much of an urgency but to me a couple hundred dollars is a lot of money and I need that to do other things with my car. And this is holding me up and I can't even get an answer their customer service is absolutely horrid they don't care about you and they don't get back to you when they say they're going to get back to you not once have they gotten back to me when they say they're going to get back to me I have to keep calling them. I filed the complaint I was supposed to get confirmation of that nope nothing. They had absolutely no problem taking my money like immediately.

I found out that I could order the three parts I needed through the NAPA website, pick them up the next day, AND get a 20% discount for ordering at least 3 parts on one order. Great deal! Ordering was easy, although I was confused because I was quoted one price online, then saw slightly higher prices in my notification email after placing my order (due to "estimated" state sales tax), and saw an even higher price (like $20+ mor) ewhen I got a "pending" charge notification from AmEx. Before making phone calls to try to correct these discrepancies, I decided to see how it played out. The next morning, I received an email notification to pick up my parts from NAPA Auto Parts in Sandy Springs. When I went to pick up my order, the helpful woman at the store asked for my photo ID and asked for my order number. She looked in the system for the location, quickly went to get my order and gave it to me, along with the receipt. I looked at the total on the receipt, and it was the correct price that I was expecting. Just to verify, I asked the employee if this was the actual price that I was going to be charged, and she told me yes. Fantastic! In the short 3 minutes that I was physically in the store, the three employees that I saw made sure that the customers in the store were being helped. The store looked very clean and organized. One customer (not me!) who had bought windshield wipers and was struggling to replace them on his car in the parking lot asked one of the employees to help him, and the employee cheerfully went outside to assist. Parking is free and plentiful. Before leaving for home, I opened the boxes just to make sure that they were the parts I needed. Air filter ... check! Cabin air filter ... check! Light bulb ... check! I replaced the old parts with the new parts when I got home, and it didn't take me long at all. What cost me $40 at NAPA would've cost me a little over $112, as quoted from a car repair place that changed my oil earlier during the week. Thank you, NAPA, for having a simple process for ordering parts that I could replace myself. Now, if you can just improve on the varying and confusing pricing of orders, it would be great! In the end, though, I was correctly charged for the parts, and incorrect pending charges were replaced with the right ones.
