Bought a battery here but when I brought the old 1 back for refund, staff seemed very confused about how to conduct that process. I had to make 3 trips back & forth from Bills shop to get the battery checked & seek assist in gaining refund. I spent hours seeking receipts to prove purchase & core deposit yet staff was still very reluctant to complete the transaction. Unbelievable. I walk in and an employee walks right past me to go outside the doors I just came in. He did not acknowledge my presence at all. Not one employee in the store. Not one customer in the store. Drove across the street to Auto Zone for my purchase. Told Auto Zone that they don't have to worry about Napa Auto Parts being any competition. Like the new store but the parts guys are horrible except for Sandy the manager he is always right on and always helpful and hustles . when he is not there. Seems like the parts department is just in the tank just went in there for to get a simple gas cap for a Ford F150, XLT, the parts guy in the center Terminal had no idea and willing to not even grab the part to verify if that's the correct gas cap he was too lazy to even go get the part service left the store very frustrated end up going to AutoZone which had awesome customer service and they have the correct part read more

I placed an online order through the Napa Auto Parts corporate website I ordered 10 quarts of Mobil 1. There was a Mobil 1 promotion so the oil was onsale. The website directed me to pick up my order at the Fairfield Napa auto parts and stated to pay at the store. Today I went to pick up my order they had no record of the order...I showed them my conformation email showing the order, sale price, and store location. They would not honor the price and stated we don't know what corporate is doing and that we are independently owned. Sounds like Napa corporate and these independently owned napa stores need to get on the same page. Unhappy customer! read more

The reps in the store were super friendly and assisted me with install after I tried and failed myself (I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to cars lol). Driving home from the coast while pulling a trailer all of a sudden have a terrible noise in my front end. Have to pull over. Come to find out the one of the two bolts that holds the caliper for my brakes is completely gone. It was swinging out and grinding on my rim. Long ass story short I got the other bolt off and ubered to Napa and the guy searched for literally 10 minutes. Didn't have it! This is where the service get a real good.......he could of just been done with me and I wouldn't of blamed him. Instead since he knew the bolt size and the thread type he called the only place he thought would have it. Ace hardware! So he called a different business to help me out. Awesome. I ubered again and got to ace. Got the right bolt and ubered back. 4 total hours later and 60 dollars in uber I was back on the road and made it home. Thanks Napa! read more

Affordable prices and super friendly staff. Went in for new windshield wipers and had no idea what I was looking for. They were able to direct me to the right product, check the back stock when I couldn't find the wipers I wanted out on the floor AND install them for me... while it was raining outside. Made sure I turned my car on and tested them before I drove off. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. I work at a local shop and these guys used to be our go to place. Not anymore. Waiting 3 hours for an oil filter to be delivered? Fuck off. They always have an excuse about being understaffed, not enough drivers etc. get your shit together. Hire some more fucking people. We have since stopped using Napa and started using orielly instead. Came in here to purchase some Rotors for my Mazda 2. I asked the women at the desk for the parts shes says yes and she'll go pull them. Someone else comes up behind me to ask her a question and after about 3 minutes she still didn't go to pull the part. I then go to the counter again she says she'll go pull them now until the phone rang, then she answered it not yet pulling the parts. She continued to help the "Commericial Customer" on the phone instead of pulling our parts. I stated she was being rude by not helping the customer at the front desk and instead helping someone who was on the phone. We asked if she could go pull the parts and told her it was rude to make us wait for someone who was on the phone. She said "The commercial Account needed to be priority, and your being rude for calling me rude." She made our experience a very unpleasent one and i don't think we will be back. When you work in a parts store you help whos at the counter not some "Commericial Account" on the phone. read more

5/27/2020 Napa Auto Parts 1319 W Texas St. Fairfield, CA 94533 Placed order online for Item# BAT 9824F group 24F AGM 12V Battery. Website showed available for pick up 5/27/2020. paid with my Visa, and received a confirmation e-mail. I did not receive any message that my order was ready for pick up. Called after I got off work at 5:06 PM to check on my order. They could not find it in "Their System" and did not have the item in stock. I was then transferred me to a manager who was useless, and could not help me come to any resolution in the matter. The fact that there was no offer to make it right, and the fact that they couldn't access my order in the Napa order system is very disconcerting and disappointing. I was hoping to avoid have to drive to a different city to pick up the part, as the website indicated I could have it today at my local store... Where's my battery????. Management no help. Escalated issue with corporate. Still waiting to see charge come off my credit card. This is the 2nd time online ordering and this store have fouled up. read more
