    First time at this location. I needed to get oil for my vehicle. I was assisted by the associate and he was so helpful recommended what oil for my SUV and even helped me top off my oil for me and checked the oil level. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

    This is the wiper arm that has the broken off piece that O'Reilly's broke and did NOT want to assume responsibility.

    I'm posting this for my friend who had the worst customer service experience here and he doesn't have an account: On July 6th, I had the worst customer service I've ever had. I was returning a rear window wiper blade that didn't fit my car. An employee wanted to see if it didn't fit so I allowed him to check. He tried forcing it onto the wiper blade arm so hard that it broke the notches that actually held the wiper blade secure. I pointed this out, we went inside, and a senior employee assisted me. He went outside to take a look and told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if it was possible to replace the wiper arm and he said yes but I would have to pay for it. When I told him that I shouldn't have to pay for it because they broke my Wiper arm, they started getting angry and told me that it was a free service and they can't do anything if something breaks. I'm sorry, but that's the mpst idiotic thing I've ever heard. They need to have people sign a form that waives their liability if that's their policy. I argued with them that it wasn't my fault and I wasn't even getting it installed. I just wanted them to know I wasn't lying. So he pressed and said he can't prove it wasn't broken when I got there and saying it was my fault. So this means he was saying that I've been driving with a loose wiper blade that could come off at any time and they aren't responsible for anything their employees do. I had to argue my way into having them pay for the wiper arm that they broke for half an hour. It was absolutely ridiculous. You can't offer any kind of service and assume zero liability without having a customer sign something that says that. There is no signage that even says that as well. Look out for this short fat Filipino guy named Franklin at the 1800 West Texas Street in Fairfield, CA. That guy is the biggest asshole I've ever seen. The guy who helped.me the next morning, Ed, was extremely rude to me when I picked up the wiper arm as well. He just handed it to me, said here, and just turned around all pissed off. The entire time, both days, I never raised my voice. I never showed anger and I gave them respect. All they did was treat me like garbage because they were in the wrong and did NOT want to assume responsibility. Good job assholes.

    A clean, well-stocked, reliable auto parts place run by friendly folks. We were able to get in and out with the gas line antifreeze we were looking for for only $2 and change. We'll definitely be stopping off here again for things we need before hitting the mountain!

    Staff not helpful and impolite. Go somewhere else. Or ask a senior staff who would know about auto parts.

    I bought a battery from Napa auto parts about 18 months ago and of course you know when you buy a…read morebattery you have a three-year warranty but unfortunately, if you don't have your receipt 18 to 20 months later and it's not in their system even though you have a phone number with them, they are not covering your warranty. NAPA auto parts that we bought it from is now closed so I don't know if it was a glitch in their system but unfortunately, we are out of $278 because their system did not keep our warranty in there so I went around and checked other places, AutoZone has us in their system from 2020 and so does O'Reillys have us in their system from 2020. and the reason why I know that I made sure I did research before I sent out this rating because I want to make sure we are in people system with receipts if someone buys a battery from you and you were putting them in your system, you should be able to find them.
