In July, she began having problems with the shifter know, and was literally locked out of being able to drive the vehicle on several occasions. On Monday of this week, my daughter had to have the $22,000 vehicle towed from the parking lot of her job after working a 12 hour shift First, Romeo told her that they did not have to proper equipment to diagnose the issue. Upon sending the Jeep over to a dealership that is specific to that brand, they diagnosed it with having "electrical issues". So almost a week later, Romeo still has not offered Savannah a rental vehicle or a resolution to this issue! Zero stars!!!!​​

They charged 1 hour labor to change air and cabin filter (which jiffy lube changes in 3 minutes - literally). They charged a $70 waste-disposal fee so that $119 oil change apparently was $199. They charged for an hour of labor for a "200k checkup" which when pressed entailed "checking brakes and fluid levels". Another scam because the fluid levels were supposed to be part of the oil change - again, Jiffy Lube includes it. Total sham place that sells itself as a 'down home good ole earnest mechanics shop', but in the end it was exactly the sort of place to avoid. Watch out.

I called up twice with questions and received a "I couldn't care less" attitude. The send me emails but when I send them a question I never get a return response. Four years and the framing that extends to connect the trailer to my truck is all rusty. Cheap coating of black paint was used which was completely useless on an outdoor product. The very least that should have been used was water resistant paint. Thank god I stored it in my garage when I lived in Florida. Typical business that only cares about a sale.

When I got there he was helping another customer but immediately afterwards looked at my car. His diagnosis - my muffler pipe had rusted through and the muffler was just hanging on. Unfortunately, due to his schedule and my extensive travel schedule I could not have the repair done there. I'm writing this 5 star review because - 1. He gave me a honest appraisal of the work involved, the options and the cause. He also searched for the part and was ready to order as soon as I made a decision. 2. As I found out when I finally go the work done elsewhere - Jim's price for parts and labor was dramatically lower than what I paid at the other shop.
