This is one of the most organized and clean auto parts store in the area. It's super clean and…read morewell-stocked. When I needed an item, I called the store ahead of time and they said that I could order the item online and it would be there the next day. The lady was really helpful as she checked her shelf to make sure and then assured the order would be in the following day given that she looked up which warehouse the item was coming from. 7:30 am the next morning, I get an email that the item I ordered was in. When I arrived in the morning, the NAPA team member was very nice and retrieved my order. I had additional questions about some other products and he walked me over to the aisle and made sure that he could show me exactly which item was compatible with my car. Great experience overall!

Bought a $300+ battery from here. Had it installed by the dealer. 3 weeks later my truck won't…read morestart. Napa Manager tells me that the battery that their system said would fit was incorrect because it is an AGM battery. The dealer however, and a few other mechanics said that is not an issue with my vehicle and I had the battery tested. The Battery Napa sold me had a dead cell. I now have to pay an additional $170 to have a new battery put it. They will not help with any of the install price because they can only warranty or return the battery. It's their fault that they sold me a bad battery and can't help in any way besides returning or warranty the battery. I'm out an additional $170 thanks to them. I will not be back to any Napa location.
