Napa Manager tells me that the battery that their system said would fit was incorrect because it is an AGM battery. The dealer however, and a few other mechanics said that is not an issue with my vehicle and I had the battery tested. The Battery Napa sold me had a dead cell. I now have to pay an additional $170 to have a new battery put it. They will not help with any of the install price because they can only warranty or return the battery. It's their fault that they sold me a bad battery and can't help in any way besides returning or warranty the battery. I'm out an additional $170 thanks to them. I will not be back to any Napa location.

Finally the older gentleman helping customers was free and looked over at me stone faced, saying, "come on up man don't just stand there holding a battery." He clearly looked annoyed about something. I had ordered parts online and told him so. He immediately cut me off with, "if you ordered over the phone, I have to look that up" okaaaay good listening, sir. A few key punches and deep sighs later I tell him I had ordered the parts three weeks ago and hadn't had a chance to come by. He looked at me and said "well...it may not even be IN HERE ANYMORE." I picked up the online order confirmations off the counter and said, "okay, I'll look somewhere else." That's when the attitude suddenly went away. He told me at first angrily to calm down. I hadn't snatched the paperwork or raised my voice. He then quickly found the parts, said something about additional discount he gave me, and I got a free five-gallon bucket. I literally did not speak the rest of the time yet there were s lot of smiles and "how's that, sound?" In gleeful tone. He did apologize "if I made you upset." Bottom line though, lazy, unhappy staff, miserable experience. I won't be back after two visits. I'm sorry you guys work here but I saw no one with a gun to your heads. If management or franchise owner would like to respond to the review, then they are quite welcome to shove it.

I had a purchased a a battery from Napa in December at the one on Civic Center, we went back to…read morethat same location because it was a faulty battery and they told us they didn't have it in stock there so said to us to the NAPA on Lake Mead. When we got there, we were helped by Lola. Lola was extremely rude. She had absolutely no customer service skills. When I explained to her that the battery was still under warranty and that I was sent from another Napa to get a new battery from them, she seemed like she didn't want to help. She tested the battery and said that it had to be charged when I explained to her that the guys at the other NAPA told me to just get a new battery she brought in her coworker George neither of them were any help and they didn't wanna give us the battery even though it was under warranty. I called the Napa on Civic Center and explained the situation to them and they apologized and were able to order me a new battery to their store. 1. Lola didn't have to be rude if she's gonna be that rude to customers keep her in the back. 2. She made it seem a lot more difficult than it needed to be. Stop hiring people like this.

I truly was prepared for the quote I was given, plus more....because that's just what I expect whenI take my car to a shop. They also came out on Memorial Day and did not charge an extra fee. I called Miguel's initially because I always feel like a car shop tries to upsell me because Im a woman and have no clue about "flex capacitors and cadillac converters" .
