Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

The best part, though, was how friendly and unhurried the process was. Service was prompt, but not so prompt that I felt rushed, and I feel strongly about that.
