Joe getting on the phone querying why I was giving his "staff" a hard time followed by patronizing comments sure did not help matters. Net, net: while Tire Rack still considers Precision a "top rated" installer--after today's interaction, I can only conclude that Precision: 1) does not really need Tire Rack's business 2) gives little consideration to regular customers in spite of circumstances 3) could not be bothered to accommodate a nearly 20 year customer for a simple 2-3 hour window at any point during the next three business days but instead openly asked me "to do what I need to do," engaging (with pleasure, it appeared) in business prevention.
