There isn't currently a designated pickup parking slot, but if you pull up to the front door and give them a call (use the telephone number from the email that they sent letting you know that the item is ready), they'll be out shortly with your order. At least that is how it worked out for us. The person bringing the item to our trunk was masked. Very convenient and so easy.

Just before the store was scheduled to open, at 8:00 a.m., I received an email saying that my order was ready to pick up. When we arrived in the parking lot, I called them, told them I had arrived and within 2-3 minutes we had the package in the back of the SUV and we were able to head back home. I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here???
