Having said that, I frequent various stores around Deer Park and Spokane, and they are all fantastic. Each store has individuals with specific strengths, and being the "friends and family mechanic" I work on a very large variety of vehicles, so I cant always be 100% knowledgable on the issue at hand. I can ALWAYS count on O'Reilly Auto for basic knowledge support as "weekend mechanic" as well as typically having the parts I need, in stock and available. Also, that frequently have great "Ship to Home" deals on their website with free and very very fast shipping for projects that can wait a day or two. Couple quick Shout-Outs, Everyone in the Deer Park store is great, Greg & Kyle (GM guys), Tristan (Ford guy) and Dan from the Francis store have all gone above and beyond helping me in person and on the phone (trust me I have a lot of questions) and they've always been more than happy to hear me out and help the best way they can. I am 100% an O'Reilly guy for life because every time I have a problem I cant solve, they are there to help.

Called again at 5pm and finally 2 of the 4 were done. Question them "why she would quote 2 hours and not even have an answer why they aren't done" she then continued to state not sure if they will be done at all today, but they are open until 10pm. Wow!! This service is extremely terrible and completely unacceptable. She had the nerve at 5pm to say "well you can pick up the ones and take the other 2 somewhere else". Seriously at 5pm? Please just get them done. Thank God I had friends and family to help pick up my kids from school and take them to practice. This is the worst guest service ever. It is 6pm and still no call. This service gives the name O'Reilly's a bad name. It doesn't matter which location it's the name... OMG!! It is now 9pm and only 3 of the 4 are done. They are still not sure if they can get it done by closing time at 10pm. This is absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life..I cannot express how you should never ever go to O'Reilly's. I have never and I mean NEVER had such a pleasant experience at any auto parts store as I did with Nick at this location. He greeted me when I walked in and asked if I had an account at checkout -- I let him know that I did have a commercial one, but it's from another state and I probably wouldn't save anything on what I was getting anyways so not to worry about it. He insisted it wasn't a problem to at least double check, and in 2 seconds he had my account pulled up and ported in!!! I almost wanted to ask him to do it again but slower and show me because this has been such an issue at other stores, to the point I had to walk out since they couldn't load it, or accused me of lying that it could be ported to stores in other states. As a woman I also dread auto parts store interactions for other reasons, but Nick made me feel so welcome and we even chatted after he finished the transaction. Nick has earned this location a lifetime patron for whenever I am even remotely in the area!!

I was sitting in my car less than five minutes waiting for them to come out and check it when a homeless person was approaching my car and checking out my cute little chihuahua.
