Easy to work with quick transaction quality vehicles. Didn't try to flim-flam or upsell was straight up and honest.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE NO MATTER HOW DESPRERATE YOU ARE!…read more I have been wanting a car for YEARS and saw the car of my dreams on their website and saw that they also work with people with little credit. Unfortunately, since I do not have any cars prior to this in almost 12 years because I enjoy and prefer "going green", saving money, and physically could I have just been busing and using my bike to get around and do things, resulting in me not having any established credit. Anyways, moving on, I went into there Thursday March 19th hoping to get the car of my dreams, have a full time job of 7 years, had $1,200 to put down, they ran all the credit stuff and verified everything, then the dealer for the hundredth time came out of his bosses office and said "unfortunately you do not have enough established credit to approve you for your car but we do have this one, the ONLY one that our financing department will approve you for. BUT with our credit building program, in 6 months to a year, you can come back and trade it in and get a different one." This vehicle was the very definition of a "lemon" guys. Almost 20 years old, rust visibly EVERYWHERE, slightly difficult to shift into park and gears, BUT, like an idiot, I just told myself I will get AT LEAST a 3 month warranty on the truck and in 6 months I will just come in and trade it up for a car I REALLY want like they said I can. When I asked the Dealer about a warranty (who was new to his job so I don't know really if this situation is really him, I think it is the company as a whole) he just kept saying "I'm not sure that is something you will have to discuss with the financial guy later". Again, I was a idiot and agreed to the Truck. Met with the financial guy and claims that they could not approve me for the warranty (yet another red flag I should have acknowledged and walked away from) but he also confirms what Kiah says that in 6 months I can trade in the car once I establish better credit and get a better car that I ACTUALLY want. Okay, I can just take it easy on the car and just use it for to and from work so it will be in similar miles and condition and then trade it back in. Sound okay right? NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER the car stalls while I am driving TWICE, then even more concerning, while showing it to my friend who knows WAY MORE then me about vehicles and every thing, we are just driving it around our city block and he tries to put it in 3rd gear to try and put it in the low 4 wheel drive and now I can't even put the vehicle in park again!! THIS IS THE NEXT DAY GUYS!!! We have to use the e-brake to park it and put it in neutral to remove the key from the ignition. (we went to a slight incline to test to see if it rolled back to make sure that the gear wasn't just off and truly wasn't in park). Forget about all the cosmetic issues this truck has guys - rust everywhere, visor falls off when you try to block the drivers side, no tape deck or aux port, fabric on ceiling was a little dingy, the center console has a dent in the padding so your arm just goes on hard plastic edge - forget about ALL OF THAT, this car is not even safe to drive any more. Not even 24 hours later, when all we did was drive it a couple of block to test the gears!!! So we do some research. we see what we thought was a 3 day trade in policy. So Saturday (day 2) we go in and my friend offers to front the difference IN CASH to get the car I REALLY wanted and they say "oh, that is a different business, we are yesCALcan.com, THAT is calcars.com. Different companies. Then my friend tells them how Washington has a Implied Warranty, they tried to claim that Washington does NOT have a implied warranty law. Wasn't until we showed them the actual law that they back tracked and said "oh, she waved that when she signed the paperwork". They then direct us to their shop to get it evaluated and figure out what is wrong (and made me feel like they might fix this one issue for me since it was a safety issue). We drop it off and this repair shop/mechanic DOES know what he is talking about, knows more then my sales agent knew -again, my sales agent was new, but so were two other guys there so I feel like this is intentional on the business part so that they can just blame the agent every time something like this happens- but the mechanic doesn't try to twist the truth like the dealership did on SERVERAL things and tells us WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING TO SAFELY DRIVE IT AGAIN. TWENTY-FOUR HOURS GUYS!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased my car Presidents' Day weekend and greatly wish I…read morecould have brought my business elsewhere. The customer service I received was over promised and highly under delivered. Purchased my car with negotiations on new tires, floor mats & was promised detailing as Arrotta's only had the car on the lot for a few hours before it was purchased. We left the car at the dealership for 3 days, everyday being told "the car will be ready by tomorrow, it's been detailed we're just waiting for tires." By the third day I decided to pick up my car and schedule those services because I was being told something different every time I spoke to anyone in the sales and service departments. The first time I picked up my car, it was not detailed as the sales department said it was. When I asked if it was detailed, the salesman looked at me and said, "looks pretty clean to me." (I'll add pictures of the "clean" car) The car also had an empty tank of gas, and a broken sunglasses holder that was not broken when I purchased the car. I had to schedule for the tires, mats, and for the sunglasses holder to be replaced the following week and unfortunately was told by the service department when I brought my car back for these services, that they don't do detailing in house.. it's done by a third party. At this point I ask to speak to the sales manager because I'm frustrated and just want to have my new car. He informed me the car was "wiped down by his kids" (I'm guessing he was speaking of his employees, and assumed I would accept that as a car detail) although in the same conversation said the car would be detailed after new tires were put on even though I had zero communication of that happening. And I'd need to wait another day to have my car but, I'm thinking this is great, once it's detailed I can just be done with Arrottas. I pick up my car after it being detailed and I'm honestly not surprised when I drive off the lot and my gas sensor shows the tank slowly emptying. I'm assuming with it being detailed same day, they put the heat on high in order to dry out the car for when I picked it up. It's so upsetting because by husband has purchased a car from Arrotta's before and had a great experience. That's why we had gone back. But each time I had called with concerns about my car or wanting updates, I was given attitude and felt as if I was an inconvenience. If promises about certain services and deadlines weren't made, and if there was actual communication between buyer/ seller/ services - the expectations wouldn't have been set on my end. Now, 6 weeks later, my temp plates are going to expire - I've called the dealership a week before their expiration and was told, "the person who handles licensing isn't here, I'll have her give you a call tomorrow" and never received a call back. I love my car, but I will never purchase another vehicle from Arrotta's. Nor will I have work done on my car by the service department or recommend this dealership to anyone. Sincerely, Ford Explorer ST UPDATE - got ahold of the dealership, they've had my license plates for the past week but never informed even when I called to ask about them. And then they continued to question if I payed my down payment when we had paid the down payment in cash day of purchase.

They also did not know basic information about the vehicle that would have been apparent even to many car novices, so I would surmise they take vehicles straight from auction to sale without any sort of inspection. If you do go to them, buyer beware and do your due diligence. EDIT for clarity re: the owner's response. I did NOT send a third party, that is semantic word smithing to avoid accountability. The person they are calling a "third party" is my husband, who is the primary owner of the vehicle in practice, if not on paper. Calling him a "third party" because we chose to purchase in my name for better financing is laughable. Yes, we were remiss in not getting an independent inspection and that is our lesson to learn. However, our mistakes do not excuse unethical business practices such as lying about where they obtained the vehicle.

Not only did Anthony and Ron help me get into a new and better car with lower miles, BUT they got me nearly the same monthly payments I was already paying. They were very transparent and non-pressuring. I am absolutely in love with my car and I appreciate all they were able to do to make this happen for me and not turn me upside down or to where I had payments I couldn't afford.

Unlike a downtown dealer, I've never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. Like most auto maintenance you can pay for convenience or DIY. They don't over pressure you either way, so I pick and choose what I have them do vs what I do myself. No scare tactics or anything like that ever used when I discuss with them what I will do vs what they will do. For instance, I personally hate doing oil changes myself, so will use them for that if I need other work done. Also had them install a OEM hitch because I have the lift gate kick sensor as well and had to be moved when the hitch was installed. I selected the OEM hitch because it looks much better than the aftermarket ones.

Hard sell on the warranty. There are major issues with internal comms. More than once I have contacted them about simple service related items. They tell me, "ok, come in any time." But then I show up and their service department is completely confused and I end up having to make an appointment and come back. The latest had to do with getting a front license plate bracket installed because they didn't install it when I bought it (I should have made them install it when I bought it). First time I emailed Nick who made a big show of "email me for anything." No answer. Then I call, they say 'come on in' and like an idiot I believe them. When I get there they turf me to AutoNation Acura next door, who are all confused because no one from Honda gave them any heads up about my coming over. Yesterday same thing happens. I made the mistake of believing the person I spoke to who said "come on in". Service ppl are again confused, say they don't have the bracket but can order one and tell me just show up to Acura and they'll install it. Tell me why I showed up to Acura today, they have 2013 and 2015 brackets but not 2014. Those Honda clowns either didn't order it or ordered the wrong one. Acura is ordering for me directly and ill show up tomorrow to have it installed. I trust them, but not Honda. I regret buying from autonation Honda. Worst experience ever.
