On two seperate products now I have brought them to the counter to ask what they thought about it and on both occasions the guy behind the counter said, "Honestly, I wouldn't use that in/on my car." What was amazing is they were the "premium" products that would have made the store more money than what he told me to try. But amazingly, the products I used instead ended up working out the exact way that was suggested! I highly recommend this Napa if you live in Longfellow!

Well our check went through the bank and for a few weeks we didn't hear from them and could not get a-hold of them either. They didn't answer their phone and you cannot leave a message. With the Covid-19 pandemic in it's early stages we were worried that maybe they were affected by it. We even called the police for a welfare check. They were fine! Fed up with them, on a Friday my wife stopped in and the place was dark, she walked in and there he was in his robe telling her that he has to calibrate it and would be done by Monday. Well it wasn't, and for another couple of weeks we still couldn't get a-hold of them. We eventually got it back and nothing had been fixed. At this point, we bought another one from somewhere else because of them and we're still trying to get our money back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Welp I lucked out. Ryan at Napa was super accommodating and kind and, despite the rain, checked out my engine and walked me through what was happening (low transmission fluid). The last few times i have gone there, they have not had what I am looking for or they have old parts. This store is closer to my home but i am happy to drive a bit further to go to another in town. The people there are hit and miss. There is an older lady that seems crabby when you go in, there was a younger girl that was very helpful but not too experienced but she thanked me for teaching her something. That was nice.

Sullen, entitled, half-contempt is inappropriate when you're supposed to be working the counter. Waiting at the counter to be assisted while one passes by and barely emits a flat hello, then totally ignores. Another doing something alone at a cash register emits zero engagement or acknowledgement. I have better self-respect than that. You need to improve or fail. I have had better experiences with a couple of other staff that I did not see there today.

I asked for the corporate number and she hung up on me. Fast forward I was able to order my parts online and went to the store to get them. Walked in and she said we don't have those parts in stock. I told her that I was the one she hung up on and I wasnt initially going to complain about her but the website but after she hung up on me- now it was about her as well. I asked for a manager and low and behold SHE was the manager. I cannot believe this HORRIBLE customer service. She denied that she didnt have any number to give for complaints but I did find one online..so not only HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANAGER AT THAT, SHE LIED!
