Make a short story long, took Two turbos to be delivered by another provider but found an OEM match. Sevens days in a safe parking lot and Elite, Kevin, repaired on site and We are back on vacation touring. Not what We wanted but being prepared in a Tour Coach to wait it out is no issue,.... Elite is the Only Mechanic that chose to come work remote two hours from nothing and that is a blessing.

After a month we got a quote and they stated to pay for repairs . We told them we will pay half up front and the rest when completed . so we Zelle them the funds . we had a hard time getting up dates but after a few months they still didn't fix it. We stayed on top on them and they kept saying it would be done that week . Even sent a video . Well 3 months , yes still there they stopped responding . It is now June 4th and they stopped responding . We both called a few times a week, sent emails and text . No response or even anyone picking up the phone . We are from out of state so can't just drive up there . So now 6 month later we need to take legal actions to get this resolved . This is out of control , what kinda of business does this ! ??? ignore their paying customer !! Do not go here , go to the one next door like we should have done !!

My heart dropped when we thought we stranded with a van full of kids and having him explain exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it made me thankful I almost cried. While I hope we don't end up stranded in Gallup again I'm grateful we could confidently take it right back there if we needed to.

It became apparent to me that one of my 10 ply tires on my trailer was dangerously bald and I was worried to make it through the mountain pass and the isolated rural desert roads to get back to Las Vegas. So I called around and found Delta tire. They got me in even though it was right toward the end of their day and they were getting ready to close. Colby (or Coby) and the other staff were so helpful and accommodating. We got a very fair price for two 10 ply tires and then we were on our way. We still had about 6 and 1/2 hours left to our journey but at least I knew that we were going to be safe going to the desert and not be stranded with some flat tires without any help. We knew that it was going to need attention but we were in the middle of the trip, not familiar with the area and tired. We stopped, ate, stayed at a nearby hotel. The next day I searched for local mechanics that were AAA certified. Lo and behold, just a couple miles up the freeway was Ed Corley's Ford and they were AAA certified. I've never found a dealer that was AAA certified. Being Saturday we were surprised and happy that Jess (Butler) got us in right away and had us fixed up and ready to go less than 4 hours later. This was key for us, we had plane reservations to fly back to TX on Monday and could not lose a day for repairs. Ford dealer, parts in stock and repairs done. The truck hummed along great the rest of the way, even better than when we started, so this issues was going to happen eventually. My wife and I were grateful that not only we were led here but that we could fix this before gifting it to our son. In talking to Kevin Bond were happy to be in this dealership. He was very confident about the staff and they delivered. All in all we felt that it was meant to be for us to stop in Grants for the night and find Ed Corley's Ford. We got there in time, got our flights out on Monday and all ended up great.
