I had a very bad and I feel was a racial experience at the Rent A Wheel store #57 address 1502 SW Military Drive I went there respectfully twice and none of them helped me at all. I was really interested in buying some wheel so I called the next Rent A Wheel store which is store #56 address 823-827 SE Military Drive and (FLO) THE ASSISTANT MANAGER is soooooooo amazing and beautiful might I add. She helped me on the phone first then advised me to come into the store when it was closed for further help. She showed me pictures of wheels and kept me at price that a little kid can afford with all the trimmings. Went in this morning to check out some rims, and I have to say I had an awesome experience there. I was warmly greeted as soon as I went I to the store. The staff was very professional and courteous. And the guy installing the rims did an awesome job. They were not pushy at all. They had a vast knowledge of the product and helped me pick out a great looking set of rims. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to buy again and I for sure recommended anyone that needs rims and tires to hit up this location. Walked in as a window shopper. With an intent on getting something for my whip though. They showed me some options in there used inventory which was catchy, but it wasn't till they pulled up a site that lets you see you're vehicle (animated) with different wheels and colors. That caught my eye and land something simple clean and nice. Went with some chrome Riddlers. They made me feel home. Laughing for the most part. Great vibes. Full set of wheels, tires, senors, alignment, and all these road hazard Warranty I think 1800 was a fair price for a brand new set. read more

This morning I was driving down military Dr when I noticed I my tire was low. I stopped here at rent a tire and wow!! I am not even a customer and I was treated like I had known them for ever .
