I arrived around 1/2 hr before close, explained my situation, & before closing time, I'd had all my dead soldiers taken away, the old battery tested, found seriously wanting (Lord knows how long the previous car owner had that battery- I'd had it & the car for 3+ years, & the guesstimate lifetime is 5ish years), and the new battery put in. Pleasant staff, quick thinking & efficient operation, w/ no upselling pressure; I opted for the 3 year warranty on a new battery vs. the 1 yr, so spent I think $150 vs. $100.
