I've been going here much more frequently, as I am disliking the Vacaville outlets moreso. It's a nice area, usually has a fair amount of parking, and has one of the only American Apparel stores on this side of the Bay. The selection isn't OHMAHGAHAMAZING, but it's all right. This has been my favorite outlet mall recently and probably because we've been making so many treks up to Yountville for food and wine. This most recent stop in I headed to the Coach store and bought a purse, a small crossover purse and a little wallet. The purse alone would have cost me over $300 but I walked out the door just paying under $300 for all three. They also have a Jcrew store and a Barney's. I left before I could do more damage to my wallet but my friends, ended up spending a pretty penny because they stayed. I'm sure there are better outlets but I left feeling happy about my purchase and when I decided to leave. :) read more

Small indeed (about the 1/4 of vacaville outlets), BUT good assortment of stores. Barneys (the selection amount is equivalent to how many different items you'd see if you walked into a Gap), Kenneth Cole (great selection and we came when they had a GREAT deal- additional 41% off), Calvin Kline (women's bra/undies assortment), JCrew, Coach (similar selection size as a flagship store), and American Apparel (if you shop here, go to this outlet- they have the exact same stuff as their reg. store). Let's just say - you'll definitely leave here with a few bags in your hand. Buyer's remorse - NAY. How can you go wrong knowing that you saved at 35-65% off quality items?! All the stores are well kept and the staff members are friendly. Public restroom is clean. Wineries are close by. read more

I also have to refrain from saying much about anything other than Ann Taylor Loft. I drive to Napa from Brentwood just to hit the Loft. :) I've browsed into a couple of the other stores, but Ann's is why I go there. It is a smaller outlet mall than Vacaville, so it's usually less crowded which is a GOOD thing. read more

I stopped in after visiting a winery on a weekday. These premium outlets are very small and consist of one lot. There was plenty of parking as it was rather quiet. They have all the basic stores: banana republic, cole haan, gap, jcrew, etc. I wasn't able to find anything. The racks were definitely sparse at banana republic and cole haan. I don't recommend coming here just for the outlets but it's worth stopping by if you're in the area. read more

We ended up spending more money than we planned. I think it was OK. For example, I found really nice necklaces at the Banana Republic outlet here and they were around $40 which seems like the usual price not an outlet price. I went to Nordstrom (at the mall, not an outlet) and found similar (better) necklaces for only $20 FULL PRICE. So the prices are NOT all that. But we did find a lot of Fall and Winter clothing for the entire family. Probably will come back but not dying to. read more

My friend and I were and Napa and decided to hit up the outlets there. They have a good selection of stores we like. The place is not huge so you can hit every place in a couple of hours and be on your way. Bathrooms could use a little help but overall we had a good day. These outlets are not in my general vicinity so I don't hit them often but they are nice once in awhile. read more

Similar to every other outlet I've ever gone to, the same stores, the same stuff. Doesn't matter if it's Napa, Gilroy, Livermore, Petaluma. At least this location has plenty of parking and a decent indoor eating area, with lots of seating. read more

Still tiny but the selection at Banana Republic and Ann Taylor is solid. Kate Spade is now here and I scored a weekender/duffel for $104! There is also a Janie + Jack for the boogie aunt in me and the cosmetics store has some great brands: MAC, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Bumble & Bumble etc. read more

From all the outlets in Norcal this is probably the boringest and smallest one. It doesn't have many stores at all. The only stores worth visiting here is Nike, Adidas and Coach. It definitely needs an expansion or at least better stores. The Livermore or Vacaville outlets are better by a mile. read more

We came to Napa Premium Outlets the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in 2014. I tend to hate shopping but I was glad that despite the large number of cars in the car park the stores were mercifully quiet. Julia D did a huge amount of shopping for smart London clothes in preparation for her move but as a creature of habit I only really checked out the Levis and J Crew stores. Outlet shopping annoys me as the quality isn't quite as high as in a downtown location but the lower prices make up for it. I ended up buying a couple of pairs of jeans and t shirts from Levis and some shirts from J Crew which I was pleased with especially as the same goods in London would be double the price. Overall, Napa Premium Outlets are your typical American outlet mall, always worth a visit for an overcharged Briton to save a few pennies. read more

I don't think outlet shopping is a very good use of your time in Napa. That said, this is a really fabulous collection of outlet stores if you are looking to shop. I couldn't believe the large selection of $5 pants at PacSun. My husband found many items at J. Crew and Timberland. You would need two days to visit all the stores here. There is a little food court with mostly lousy food and a photo booth where you can get photo stickers for a few bucks. Smallish outlet mall that has a reasonably decent collection of "premium" (whatever that means here I don't know) outlets. I usually come here to pick up some staples at far more down-to-earth prices than what's in the City. Still, you can also pick up some cute rareities at the Barney's outlet too. J.Crew whores (like me) should make this place a must-stop: Although the regular prices aren't that much less than retail, they seem to perpetually have pretty much the entire store 40% off. Word to the wise: Shop before you "taste" a few bottles of wine around the wine country. Otherwise you may seriously wind up with more than the "couple shirts" you planned on buying. Not a huge variety of stores compared to Livermore or Vacaville outlets. The Coach store is small and if the 3 times I've visited, selection is limited. Not a lot of stores I would shop at. Good for buying for kids at Gap kids and Jack and Jill. The cosmetic/hair supply store prices are not competitive and even cost more than other stores. You really need to be patient and hopeful when it comes to outlet shopping. I don't have much patience so I don't usually come to these places. To judge solely on the stores, this outlet gets a 3. There's not much to it. You walk around in one circle and you're done. Wow I haven't been on yelp for weeks. Here I come. Anyway, every time I get out of town relatives coming through, I always end up taking them to this outlet. Why they don't wanna go shopping on Haight in SF (or similar) is beyond me, but this IS an outlet mall and I don't mind saving money when I do shop. They have a nice variety of stores (CK, Banana Republic, and the late DKNY which they closed down) selling clothes somewhat similar to ROSS prices. Yeah I said it. I used to go to DKNY like every month and buy a whole fit (Jeans, Dress Shirt, and belt) for less than 30 bucks. I put it on the next time I went out and felt like it was worth hundreds. No it's not Diesel but it's more than adequate. CK has a nice selection of the same (jeans and dress shirts) for similar prices. Banana is a little more up there, but if compared to the prices at national shopping malls you are saving. The food is not much to write about... there is a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese one, and... a Subway. Uhh. Yeah. I'm sure they weren't thinking of a world-class food court, but if they expected shoppers to stick around they would need a larger variety to keep them there. With the way the economy is going, it's worth it to drive out here to get new clothes. My suggestion: Put a Diesel outlet there. Back to hibernating. read more

When was the last time you get to shop at a premier outlet on a weekend without getting shoved around by crazy bargain shoppers??? THE ANSWER IS NEVER, Yes I'm talking about the ladies that hold onto 20 pieces of clothing for hours from the clearance rack because they saw the sign (ADDITION 50% OFF). kidding....... kinda. Well Napa outlet is a quiet, neat place to shop. There are no lines for the fitting rooms and the sales reps are friendly and helpful. You can actually take the time to figure out if you really need/ like something without buying it just because it seems like a good deal. Clean bathrooms and you can walk around the whole mall without having to drive around. Ahem- Gilroy. Downside is that it is a small mall and the stores have limited options. In all honesty, these "premium" outlets have nothing premium about them. There are probably less than 20 to 30 stores, most of which have no customers inside. I do not know how they make enough to support themselves to keep their businesses standing afloat. I only made one purchase, and that was at Levi's. For the rest of my time here, I saw nothing I liked, and prepared myself to seek out a chair to sit on in every store while the GF looked for things she wanted, at a low success rate. The food court was equally depressing with only 3 restaurants- a Subway, a "healthy" eatery, and an Asian restaurant. The place was empty as well, less 3 families, who were ALL eating Chinese food, but had ALL purchased large cup fountain drinks from Subways, to get more bang for their buck. I found this somewhat amusing, and felt sorry for the other restaurant sandwiched in the middle. There were tons of food stockpiled in the display refrigerator, yet no customers, so it is safe to assume that their products are not fresh, and left their for at LEAST a few days, if not weeks. Overall, I conclude that I would very much not like to return to these outlets. read more

So, almost every time I'm in Napa this is the one store I can't avoid. I'm married so my spouse insists on coming here. And shamefully enough, I like it (as much as a man can like a store) too. There are quality products to be had here at discount prices. Personally, I'm a fan of Cole Hahn and Brooks Brothers, but others stores will catch my eye from time to time. Meh. This place is OK. Generally, outlet malls are a total rip. You can get better stuff at the regular stores if you just hit the sales. It's taken me a bit to figure that out; not the quickest on the uptake! I love J. Crew but most of the stuff in the outlet is made for the outlet; not things from the retail stores. So that's kinda a bummer. But I have scored a couple of cute things here. I usually hit up J. Crew and BR and move on....the rest is a waste of time. read more

This is pretty much the only classy place in Napa, everything else is in a state of construction, decay, or for whatever reason has existed since the beginning of time and time simply forgot it was supposed to come by and do it's job. VIrtually everything here is expensive but most of it is quality. The parking lot is almost always full unless you go first thing in the morning and then there are so few people the people working in the stores will either be overly hands off or overly hands on with you. Going to have to go back and get some cologne my friend said smelled good. I trust her judgment, and it does smell good. read more

Good stores to shop at, relaxing atmosphere, and always plenty of parking. I say this is the top place to wind down and sober up after too much wine tasting :) On a more serious note, there's BR, J Crew, CK, Brook's Brothers, Sunglass Hut, GAP, Factorybrand Shoes, etc. etc. Not too bad if you need to pick up some casual clothing or business casual wear. Do not come and eat at the Chinese food restaurant here at the Napa Outlets. I came here for my first time I had never tried there food. I order a plate to go with chow mein and mushroom chicken. She kept stirring the mushroom chicken which had more mushrooms then chicken. After I got home I took a quick shower before i was going to eat the food when I got out the shower I opened the plate and looked at the food, the mushrooms had white fuzzy stuff all around it like mold!!!!!! The Petaluma outlets are way better. I can't believe I drove all the way to Napa with $300 in my pocket and allI bought was shampoo. Complete waste of time. After my second visit to this wasteland, that's it. I'll never go back. Stores not stocked, most sales people lacked a pulse and the clerk at Kenneth Cole basically told me I couldn't shop in the menswear section. But I like menswear, what can I say? read more
