Quality/Quantity - Livermore Premium Outlets is still our favorite. If you are following, do I sound like a broken record? Our guests were not able to make it to the Livermore outlets on this trip, so since we were in Napa, we decided to make a quick pit stop here for them. They visited a few businesses and bought some souvenirs from Tommy Hilfiger. 44 businesses - Only 3 of which were food & drink businesses; see their website. Decent size parking lot, but I think the entrance had a bottle neck. Not sure if the design is optimal...? Or maybe because it was raining and so dark that we did not get a clear view. Ambiance - See above. Right off the freeway 29, so very convenient. We have probably not been here for over 30 years...? Open 7 days a week, see website for specific hours. Service - Overall okay. Price - Depends on what you buy. I would say most businesses here are in the medium price range. Owner Comment - Congrats to the current owners of the Simon Property Group. 1960's Simon property group founded, REIT. Worldwide company with 232+ properties. 1993 Went public, IPO. 2004 Entered the outlet mall business with the acquisition of Chelsea Property Group.

My husband and I have been here so many times on our way back from Harbin Hot Springs and love the visit. Usually, we go to Famous Footware because they have shoes to fit my hubby's foot (super, extra wide), but there are things for me too. This time, there were a lot of places that were new, some were closed, and the food court featured one restaurant that was open. The other one was closed, which is weird because people may have wanted their food. The bathroom is OK, not Hawaii clean, but cleaner than most malls. The problem is the gap between the doors. That's disturbing. But because my husband was looking for pants we had a chance to visit stores that I usually don't go into and you can see my reviews on Yelp. But, now that I know my way around a bit, getting here will be a bit easier. I didn't realize how close they were to Oxbow and First street, but now that I know, I'll be back.

IMHO We stopped here to charge up our Tesla and found a huge bank of charging stations! While we waited, we shopped this small outlet mall. We found bargains in The Gap and Old Navy. None of the other stores really interested us but we were here long enough to fully charge the car.

They are open for business and hopefully make this pandemic a thing of the past. Many of the top name brands are here. You could literally start on one end and just work your way around. And that is exactly what I saw many folks doing. None of the store were crowded also many of the photo's did not have many people in them. Old Navy, The Gap, Levi's.. Michael Kors, Urban Outfitters. There's a toy store and even a place to buy beverages. No there is no Starbucks here, so is that a reason to give them bad reviews? Hating them because they have limited stock on the shelves? Remember this pandemic isn't over yet, many many shipments of goods around the world have been affected. Businesses are just trying to keep their heads above water. If they should have to close down, their not coming back. Just in case you didn't know that.

We come here everytime I charge my Tesla when we eat in Napa. The stores here have really taken a dive. It seems run down. Not many good name brand stores here. Not like the old days. They really need to revitalize this place with new blood. Still some places to walk to. So nice to pass the time while charging

Not much to see and the stores are more low key than high fashion. I went there in search of a hat or cap and the selection was slim.

Nice enough but not the quality we have at our outlet stores in AZ. I found a few good deals..the hunt is always fun.

This outlet is one if the smallest I've ever seen. Not a lot of options but great for locals.

Recently I was just shopping around and remembered Clark's store. Went there and found a pair that are comfortable for me. Yay, now I have happy feet! Only one staff associate available to help customers, answer the phone, and facilitate check out. She was very nice and helpful. She seemed genuinely interested in getting me fit into the right shoe. Shoes were just right, so I purchased them. I have been wearing them for the past 10-14 days and they feel great. Store was well lit and appeared clean. Shoes on display racks were in order. Coordinating shoe boxes in various sizes were directly underneath the display shoe. There were scattered shoes and boxes laying about. Now is that due to customers or lack of staff?? Mmmm, maybe both?! IMHO, it'd be nice if management were able to have additional staff present, to help out. IDK, it seems unsafe for a woman to be alone in a store in evening hours.

The shoes are comfortable and come in a variety of styles. The womens variety of styles have evolved over the years. 10 years ago I would say the shoes are comfortable, classically styled, and quality made. But now I can add the adjectives sexy and trendy. Clark's is an English company making shoes since 1825. Ok enough of the history lesson...back to this particular store. I was greeted right away as I entered the store. The store was clean and well stocked. The shoes are separated by womens and men's on each side; and organized by size. The special sale for the day was buy one and get the 2nd pair for 50% off. I was practically looking for sensible work shoes. I bought 2 pairs; 1 patent leather dark brown crocodile pattern loafer and 1 casual Privo athletic bungee slip on. $105 for both shoes, that's nearly a 1/3 savings off retail. The salesperson was very helpful and patience with assisting me in finding sizes in different styles; he was a sweetheart. My only suggestion for management is to evaluate the spacing because the aisles are narrow and seating is limited.
