I had a great experience working with Diana of Napa Valley Linens. Since I knew the right linens could elevate a wedding reception, I had my heart set on nice ones. However, standard party rental companies didn't offer many patterned linens and specialty shops such as La Tavola were too pricey. I luckily stumbled on an NVL ad in a bridal magazine, and made a showroom appointment. NVL struck the balance - having a vast selection of premium linens with pricing that ran the gamut. I initially didn't know exactly what I wanted, which Diana's patience and expertise helped resolve. She showed me many linens, draped them over tables, set them side by side for comparison, and gently guided me towards figuring out my tastes while occasionally providing her opinions. How else would I have known that a combination of Champagne Gold/Ivory was my jam (rather than standard Gold, which is too yellow and assertive)? Used NVL for my wedding. My Day of Coordinator (Crystal Lequanq from Amazae Special Events) recommended them and as I was looking at their color choices as well as another company's swatches, NVL had the better color that matched my color scheme so that's why I went with them. Email correspondence with Allison was always friendly, prompt and helpful. She was able to give me sample swatches of the color scheme I wanted. Everyone loved the table cloths and it was made of really thick material. They were pretty much brand new and when I picked them up, they came on individual hangers with a clear, plastic bag around each one. For return, I received 3 linen bags to put the dirty table cloths in. I would give them 5 stars, but I originally wanted the 120" round for my tables and online, it is listed that they have them (at that time, $35/ea). So I called to order them, but Allison said they only had about 2 of them so I would have to order the 132" ($40/ea) round. I then asked her if I could get the 132" rounds for $35 because they have the size I wanted, just not enough. I even mentioned that I would go to another company to find the size I wanted. There was no budge on her end, although I do appreciate her asking someone higher up. In any case, I ordered the 132" rounds and although long in length, the tables looked great. To receive the table cloths, you can either have them mail it to the reception site or you can pick them up. I asked how much it would be to mail to San Mateo and Allison quoted about $200 so I ended up picking them up and returning them. That process was easy and even though the invoice said I had to return it on Monday, Allison was nice enough to give me 2 extra days in returning them. Payment was easy and I was able to do phone orders with them. I was always mailed a copy of the receipt and invoice. If you borrow from them, upon return you need to shake out the table cloths and always make sure you have the quantity that you ordered! read more

We got married at the Palm Event Center in September 2016. NVL is one of the preferred vendors for Palm Event Center. NVL was very professional and knowledgeable about color schemes and fabrics. We chose a lavender color for our tablecloths and napkins and they were wonderful. We made some adjustments to our order (we added additional linens) and they accommodated all of our requests. To All, Last year I gave my friends a baby shower and attempted to match the linens with the invitation. I went to Napa Valley Linens with the invitation and was greeted by a very lovely and efficient young lady. She helped me with my colors and made suggestions. The shower went off without a hitch and the room was lovely. The staff I encountered was always a young lady with a smile, very helpful, lots of samples and fabrics and colors to choose from. I saved money by picking them up and dropping them off myself. This company is exceptional in hiring and choosing their employees and being an animal advocate myself and rescueing many dogs, I also love that they rescue dogs and have about three of them on the premises. Although NVL is a preferred vendor of my wedding venue (Casa Real), several other vendors continually recommended NVL. After my first meeting with them, I realized why! They also have the largest selection of linens in the area. We were lucky enough to have Diana Cardenas as our rep. She spent hours with me to find the right linens, made great suggestions (even telling me when my choice was a bad one!), and was extremely personable, patient, and friendly. My wife & I organized my daughter's wedding which was held on 6/25/15 at Casa Real. We selected Napa Valley Linens for our table linen needs. They were on the Preferred Vendor List from Casa Real. I also researched reviews on Yelp and the The Knot. They were all extremely positive and many of the reviews prominently noted Diana Cardenas. Whom we requested when we called Napa Valley Linens. We specifically worked with Diana Cardenas. She was fantastic, very helpful, professional and responsive. We met with her on a couple of occasions and also spoke on the phone regarding what we wanted to fine tune our order. Diana was extremely helpful in ultimately selecting the type of linens and the napkins that would complement the linens. We selected different linens for the Sweetheart and cake tables. Diana very nicely coordinated the guest table linens to match and complement the table flower arrangements. We can't say enough regarding Diana's level of quality service, professionalism, and overall she was great to work with. Everyone whom attended the wedding were in "awe' especially of the beautiful table linens and napkins along with the flower table centerpiece arrangements.
