In less than 30 minutes, Dr. V listened to me, examined my foot, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He carefully cut out some deep and very hard callouses (caused by a lot of hiking in fairly rough terrain), with the immediate result that I could walk without pain or a limp for the first time in weeks. Just as importantly, he gave me a lot of practical advice about various things I can do to prevent a recurrence. And he assured me that, if there is a recurrence, I can readily schedule another appointment with him to fix it again. I only wish all medical problems were this fixable, and all medical practitioners were this competent. Hooray for Dr. V!!! I enthusiastically recommend him for treatment of your foot problems.

Glad to report that it worked fantastically for me. I have had zero foot discomfort since using them. I am an avid tennis player (4-5 times a week) who was experiencing occasional plantar fasciitis. I have low arches and would also get pain/soreness from just standing upright for a few minutes. I had been using Superfeet insoles with mixed results. I called and was able to get in the same day. The appointment was fine, he doesn't rush you, he seems like he knows what he's doing, he's a nice person etc (but honestly I only care about results, if the orthotics work or not). One set of orthotics was $200, plus $20 because I needed a cushion. I bought two sets, and he discounted the second set to $170, and didn't charge for a second cushion. So in total for 2 sets it was $390 (plus tax). Superfeet insoles cost about $50 and last 6 months, while these theoretically last forever and were much more effective, so it seems like a good deal to me. I paid with HSA. Overall, I'm very happy with the results, and am glad to be pain free.

They called me to tell me my product was in and that they would ship it to me for free. I thought that was a great thing because of my work schedule I could never make it over there. It's about 2 weeks since Yolanda said that she would ship it and I have not received anything in the mail. Imagine, you've gone through one of the hardest things of your life (breast cancer) only to be screwed by the one thing that makes me feel like a confident female. Now, Yolanda won't be back for a few weeks and no one else can help me with my order as I was told "she is the only one that deals with the breast prosthetics".

I also found Michelle and the other office staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Before seeing Kelsey, I had pretty severe, continuous foot pain the past 2 + years. Physical therapy did help to reduce the pain, but the problem persisted. I'm not able to tolerate Ibuprofen or cortisone injections so the podiatrists and orthopedic doctors I saw were not able to help me without surgery which I really wanted to avoid. My only remaining option was to try custom orthotics and I'm so glad I did! Kelsey is very kind, knowledgeable, and is an excellent listener. She fitted me carefully and addressed my specific needs when customizing the orthotics in order to ensure proper alignment and comfort. She explained what needed to be done and why and gave me excellent advice re: how to use and" break in" the orthotics a little at a time. She was also happy to have me come back and continue to "tweak" the orthotics as I adjusted to them in order to get the optimal fit. Service was quick and the price was very reasonable.
