Naperville Florist is amazing!!! I did write a long review. If you don't want to read it all, quick summery. You will not find a better florist in the Naperville area who will give you so much for your money, and the very best part, your flowers will be gorgeous. Grace and her staff are so talented. They also are truly kind and really want you to be happy with everything. My daughter's wedding was last weekend, 6-6-14. I am very particular and details matter to me. The only thing I knew for sure I wasn't going to have to worry about that day was the flowers. They were spectacular! The flowers made the wedding extra special. Everyone was so impressed with the floral arrangements. Everything was perfection, from the amazing, gigantic, chapel pedestal arrangements to the beautiful flowers placed in the bows on the pews. I love details, the flowers in the bows were a surprise to me, and made my day. Grace perfectly arranged them and then sprayed them with something to keep them looking lovely. She also made sure each bow was straight. The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were all red roses and just gorgeous. Grace delivered them in vases with water to keep them as fresh as possible. We needed a lot of corsages and boutonnières. Grace made each and every one special. Even the mom's presentation roses were extra special, she added leaves and filler and ribbons. Again, I love details. If you do too, Grace is the florist for you. They must have worked all night. It was a warm day and all the flowers were fresh and lovely, the ceremony wasn't until 4:00. After the ceremony, a very nice young man was there to take the flowers to the reception. They were still taking pictures and he patiently waited and was very nice about it. He had quite a long wait. Everyone gasped when they walked into the reception. It was beautiful! Grace was so helpful and made sure the chapel flowers would fit in at the reception, this does help with the budget too. They looked perfect on the head table. She even used the flowers from the pew bows and placed them across the head table, genius. It was an extra pretty touch, and then the flowers were not wasted. Grace added flowers to the cake and again perfectly arranged them. The table centerpieces were just lovely. Grace made them the exact right size, not too big or small. They were very elegant. She made these adorable arrangements for the cocktail highboy tables with taller roses in a square container. I will put pictures up as soon as I get them. She also made a gorgeous tall arrangement for the gift table that was absolutely stunning. I can not compliment Grace and her staff enough. She is a lovely lady and an amazingly talented floral designer. Her work is perfection. She is creative and has such an eye for detail. One of the nicest surprises was that the cost was much more reasonable than another big name florist. I wish I could have spent $5,000 or more on flowers, but that wasn't in our budget. Thanks to Grace, it looked like we spent that, but the true cost was much more reasonable. A word of advice, as with most things, you get what you pay for. With Grace, she gives you so much more for your money than other florists. Yes, my daughter got a lower estimate at another florist, but looking at the other florist's pictures, there was no question, Naperville Florist was totally worth it and the best choice. My daughter's wedding was over the top wonderful. I can't say thank you enough to Grace and everyone at Naperville florist. The flowers made me so happy that day. I received a floral arrangement due to the passing of my mother last month from Naperville Florist. My boyfriends relatives from Ohio placed the order and had them delivered via Naperville Florist. I received the flowers April 26th. The arrangement had a mixture of roses, lilies and carnations (along with some filler flowers I cannot name). I needed a last-minute corsage made for my young daughter's first "formal dance" and these ladies delivered! I used Naperville Florist for my September 2013 wedding. Grace was always so nice in person and I was blown away by the mockup for our centerpieces that I booked her immediately. When we received the flowers on the wedding day, I was a little disappointed with the bouquets because they were not like the pictures I had shown her. I had expected my bridal bouquet to be completely different from the bridesmaids, but it was just a larger version. I have a feeling they did not have hot pink hydrangeas in, but they never told me that. They were supposed to be in the bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, and a cake topper. The only hydrangeas she used was a light pink in the centerpieces. She used hot pink roses for everything else. Everything still turned out beautiful but it was just not quite what I had envisioned or was expecting. I would still recommend Naperville Florist though. read more

Grace is the most creative, intuitive, talented designer I have met. Debbie is so well-organized I just call and tell her what I want and she takes care of all the details, including billing details. With Naperville Florist's help, I courted my girlfriend for a year with flowers before finally winning her over. Anyone who knows me knows it must have been the flowers. Needless to say, Grace and Debbie did our wedding and weddings for three of our daughters; not to mention countless other occasions: holidays, birthdays, funerals, etc. There are many florists to choose from, but when I need something special, something that touches the heart or is unique or makes a statement in a fresh, bold, wonderful way, Naperville Florist makes it perfect, every time. I saw reviews for the florist recommended by the funeral home and they were not good. That led me to contact these folks. Janice, who answered the phone, could not of been more patient or sweet as she handled my request In fact I discovered there was at least one other order from another party for this particular service, so she assured me my flowers would find their way without any problem. I was so impressed with her kindness and manner I asked to speak with the owner so I could tell her how much I appreciated the help Janice gave me. I had seen one other arrangement at the home of my cousin's widow, and they were truly beautiful. In a business that runs on recommendations, and given them the almost unanimous five stars for this florist, it makes you wonder if the lone one 1-star was bogus, written by a competitor to drive business away from this wonderful establishment. To my great surprise she showed up at our doorsteps several days later to hand deliver beautiful flowers along with her apologies and full order refund. This time flowers arrangement looks exceptional, exactly how we wanted them to be (a little late for my mom's birthday).
