It was just clear polish on hands and color with toes, nothing difficult, yet we did $16 tip and left. I came in with my nails already done. I just needed a couple things fixed, a chipped nail, and some chips in the polish. My acrylics didn't need a fill I only got them done a couple days ago. She took the entire design off of all nails, buffed them, and poorly tried to recreate the design. She wasn't able to do it well so I opted for solid color. Still bad. They are chunky and uneven. Not only were my toes not completely painted and splotchy, the French tip gel manicure didn't last two days and barely held on for my wedding that second day. In the process my nails were I guess filed down and weakened and so I keep running into my nails breaking and chipping in small areas even 3 weeks later. BEST pedicure and massage ever! My appt was with Tiffany and she did not disappoint. My gel pedicure is absolutely flawless. I have never had someone apply so many coats of polish making the color so bright! Plus she used OPI brand gel polish and it seems to be better that the other brands I have had. The massage included was long and her hands were magical. Every lotion and potion she used felt so nice and smisland specific. Wish I would have found Tiffany earlier in our trip to Napili because she also offers total body massages for SO much less than the other two places I know of here. Both of the ladies in this shop located near the Napili Market were so friendly and full of great Maui information. I loved my experience here and made fast friends. Thank you Tiffany! I just arrived in Napili Nails from California and dropped into the salon to book an appointment. The ladies were all so welcoming! I had a gel manicure and pedicure, both with a wonderful arm and leg message by Tiffany & Li. Tiffany and Li, and Lyn all gave me a beautiful gel mani and pedi in a gorgeous pink color to last my entire stay in Maui. Unfortunately we spent two days of our vacation here dealing with our nails. I got a "dip" mani and pedicure dip manicure was acrylic which I am not able to use they were brittle and 3 nails broke and my nails split down the center because of it. My business partner got a pedicure and his foot got an infection after they cut it open on the side of his foot.. my daughter got a gel manicure and they were peeling the next day after a shower. I went back to get them repaired the second day and that night two more broke so I will never return. Not how I wanted to spend a vacation or $300. read more

This establishment offers services at a much lower price (but still vastly more expensive than you'd get on the mainland) than the spas at the hotels in Kapalua and Napili - which is pretty much the only reason to go here. It is perhaps one of the dirtiest looking nail salons I've been to. Pedicure chairs are worn and dingy looking and I'm not convinced the tools they use have been cleaned properly. They also don't do a very good job on the actual pedicures or manicures either - nail polish on my skin, cuticles a mess, and dry skin patches on my feet after one of the more expensive pedicure options. How I can have dry skin on my feet after an exfoliation, parrafin wax, mask and lotion massage I do not understand. If staying in Kapalua, Kahana or Napili - just drive a bit farther down the road to Lahaina and go somewhere better. read more

It may have been an off day for this salon but my pedi lasted a week if that. My daughters too. The top coat wasn't applied to my daughter's pedi. once I mentioned it she quickly applied it only to get pushed up polish. I told them to try and fix it and she said she would make a design. I went here with great natural nails and wanted a dip. Pretty standard - remove my current dip and redo. My nails are completely ruined within a week. The "shellac" they put on because the dip looked terrible (cover up) peeled off in 3 days and now the dip manicure has broken off and taken my own natural nail with it. I'm so upset because I spent a year nourishing my natural nail and now they're ruined. read more

We walked out. The nail polish was old and had oil all at the top. Other polishes looked watered down. But I walked out when I watched the pedicure tech use the metal cuticle stick (supposedly sterilized equipment) to pick and clean at the pedicure bowl I was about to sit in. I left grossed out. I'm not risking my health or a fungal infection if they are not treating the sterilization of equipment properly. I drove down the street and found a different place instead. read more

Came in and was seated immediately with Phuc at my service. The salon is very calm and peaceful with soothing music playing. The back massager on the pedicure chair is just like i like it. My daughter and I are visiting here and wanted to get our nails done. We walked in and were able to have pedicures done. The two salon workers were so sweet and did a great job on our toes. I had the BEST foot massage I have ever had, seriously! They did not use a 5 minute timer like they do at my home spa, and I was relaxed. I would highly recommend this spot to get your nails done.
