It was very clear to me that neither one of his helpers knew what they were doing. One even asked Tom what is a-cotter Pin? even after the motors were installed the slide work worse than before. He told me he would call the company and get back to me. I waited 11 days for the call then I called the manufacturer myself and within 45 minutes I was able to program level and repair the slide myself, also was told by the manufacturer the motors were probably not bad. I found time to be very rude and uncaring about such a huge mistake. Avoid this one at all cost!

Even had some kind of funky off colored foam supposedly coming out of the tank which was a setup. Then you tried to get them to come out to finish the job and or discuss the estimate with you they don't call back they, don't email back, they don't anything back, so I would never ever ever suggest this company. Obviously scammer that comes and gets $150 and are good with that and then you're stuck. Can't imagine a local company would want this kind of reputation, sad, sad, sad. I called on Jimmy to diagnose an issue with my RV that only had 22,000 miles on it…read more He said it was the fuel pump which was attached to the gas tank. Once approval to do the job was given, Jimmy ordered the part, for which I paid $660. and labor of $1,000. to install. Upon completion of the job, the problem still existed. Because the pump was not the problem, I requested that Jimmy give me the pump which he removed, instead he drove off with it. I called numerous times, only to be able to leave a message requesting he return the pump. It has been since May 5th and still not heard from him or seen the part. $1,660. later and not the issue. Obviously very disappointed in his service and attitude, and even more upset he does not return my calls or return my part as it is a perfectly good pump.

Do not do business here!…read more I went into Advance Discount Auto Parts and was told I needed a new starter so I bought one. They recommended that I go next door to get it replaced. I go in next door and the man told me that they should be able to do it but to wait until his boss comes in. The boss comes in and ask me about my car. I tell him I just need it replaced. He tries to sell me a diagnostic when all I need is it replaced. He says he won't install what I just purchased and that I need to buy it from him. I ask him how much will it cost and that I have to try to return the one I just bought. He ask me how much I paid. I of course do not tell him as he will charge me that same price if not more. He then says like the brat he is "then I won't install it" and walks away. If you are a woman, young, and/or a minority do not come here. This man obviously has his biases and treats his customers accordingly.
