Loved the Detroit style pizza and the amount of options they had! The staff there were really nice and helped us to decide what to get! The place itself is meant mainly for kids as it is an arcade but the food is definitely worth going! Can't wait to try it again

The place seems like it could be really good in the busy tourist season, however today it was not good. Ordered a Bee thousand pizza and garlic knots. After a 10 minute drive back to my hotel the pizza and knots were almost stone cold. It did not help I waited almost 5 minutes for service at the counter when I arrived. The pizza had some good flavors but was just a little off the mark. It needed either a little more chorizo or something else to make it a good pizza from an OK pizza. The crust itself looked like it was a little old and not fresh. The garlic knots were very underbaked and had raw dough in the middle of most of them. The marinara was okay, a little sweet for my taste but nothing was wrong with it. Overall as stated the place had a lot of promise but lacked execution.

For our anniversary on this past Monday, my husband and I got some Nardo's Pizza. We got a single large pizza, half pepperoni and sausage, half mushroom. They do their pizzas where the toppings aren't really toppings and instead are placed on the dough so if you are the type to pick off toppings you didn't want that happened to get on your half of the pizza, this makes it a touch more difficult. Their restaurant atmosphere is grungy but not in a dirty way. This building was previously host to a basement music scene bar and the wall art has stayed the same, lending to the grungy feel. Arcade games line the walls, which make for a fun experience when you chose to eat in rather than take your pizza home. Bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly and pizza is as great as it has been from the start. I'd highly recommend coming in for some food and arcade games.

This place was SO good!! The pizza and garlic knots were made fresh, and super flavorful. It was fun to play a few games while we waited. It's a cool spot with a nice vibe. We will certainly be back!

Like headed back to a 90's arcade. Wish my game room looked like this.

This place was cool. #Nardo's pizza in St. Joseph, Mi. Felt like I went back in time. It also gave me #readyplayerone vibes. Pizza was also fantastic. I felt like I was about to unlock supiderman mecha from the book. Even had Joust. At first I was unsure they were there, but found it. Pizza was perfect. Like a combo of Boston and New York pizza. Had to stop myself. Top 5 pizza in my travels. Best in Michigan thus far. We

I tried a Whatupdoe and some garlic knots recently. The flavor of the pizza is really good but the crust was soggy. Maybe no onions next time. The ranch, marinara, and garlic knots were good. The staff member I spoke to when I picked up the food was very nice. I would try some other things here.

Since moving to SW Michigan from Chicago there are certain foods I miss. And one of my favorite dishes from Chicago was actually a Greek pizza from a spot called Greek Corner. My husband and I assumed if we wanted a Greek pizza again we'd have to make the trip back to Chicago. That is until Nardo's posted a picture of their gyro pizza. I saw their post and knew we had to give it a try. We picked up two pizzas from Nardo's at Schu's in St. Joseph the other night and we were curious about the Gyro pizza. It was AWESOME! If you are a fan of a gyro sandwich pick up this tasty pizza! The other pizza was a meatball pizza which was pretty darn good but next time I'd order without ricotta cheese. (That's why I gave them 4 stars.) Thank you Nardo's for creating this tasty gem!

Pan crust was average, overpriced. There should be option for personal size. We didn't want to take leftovers home.

It was our first time dining at Silver Harbor and won't be our last. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a small craft brewery. Fun, lively, and modern-- a place where people of all ages can enjoy a great drink and some tasty grindage (yes, I just quoted Pauly Shore)... The unique beer selection hits all the marks and my seltzer was exactly what I needed after a long day in the sun getting burnt at the beach! We started our meal with the Bacon Apple Fig Flatbread and it was outstanding. I'd order it again and again. The Hubbs got the Michigan Olive Burger and practically licked his plate afterward! My Asian Crunch Salad was top-notch--I wish every restaurant had a salad like this!! It was fresh and delicious and paired perfectly with the flatbread. If you're traveling along Michigan's beautiful Sunset Coast, make sure to stop into Silver Harbor! Leave the beach early and get there before everyone else does! You won't be sorry! :)

We happened upon The Buck at around 8:30 and bellied up to the bar. The website showed they closed at 10, so we thought we would have a couple of drinks and head back to the hotel. We had never been there so I made some small talk and I learned about the wheel of indecision. I was excited to try it (knowing my husband was with me boosted my confidence cause he'll drink anything... lol). They also have a huge variety of local beers! There were still quite a few people lingering, so we settled in to enjoy our drinks. I continued to try to make small talk with the bartender, but she seemed less than thrilled to have us there. The staff began cleaning up and closing down not long after we arrived and the bartender brought us our tab pretty quickly. We attempted to get an uber starting at 9:23 (they aren't kidding about Lake effect winds!), but apparently those are few and far between in St. Joseph. They closed up all around us, so we took the hint and walked back to the hotel around 9:45. The concept was great... (we loved the wheel). I will also say, we did take a Facebook call from our daughter about halfway thru (which I know can be annoying), but even before and after that, we could tell that they were not interested in having walkins an hour and a half before closing. I'm giving this a 3 because we also understand long shifts and being ready to be done for the night, so maybe we will try again next time we are in town and I can update my review!

The menu has so many interesting and tasty options that it makes it hard to choose what to order first. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly. Even though you are in the middle of an open-concept business collective, the layout of the restaurant space makes you feel like you are in someone's giant, awesome home kitchen and you can watch as your meal is made. It took me a moment to put my finger on it, but this place gives you the reassurance that your meal is being made by people who enjoy good food. As someone who loves to cook and is on the tail end of a road trip, this was the most relaxed and enjoyable meal I've had in a while. I enjoyed it on so many levels. The restaurant is tucked away inside of a bigger collective of stores, one of which is Dad's Farm, a little grocery with a nice collection of packaged and frozen locally sourced foods. There are other shops in the collective including a coffee shop, brewery, cheese shop, wine shop, and gift shop with great art, cards, jewelry and other clever gifts. It's a nice group of shops where you can pick up some great souvenirs. A quick note about the entrance to the collective: it was not obvious to me, though I might have missed some signage. I was looking at the map on my phone, was on Pleasant St, and passed by the whole thing several times. I almost gave up trying to find it, but I could smell good food, so I finally took a chance on a tinted door near a coffee shop and was happily surprised to find I was in the right spot for Dad's Cafe as well. Give Dad's Farm and Cafe a try, I think you'll really enjoy it!

Or, I did. This person must really need 50 cents badly to actually ignore a customer and to refuse a refund. Your business will not last if you do not have the management skills to back up cooking skills. And this is a small area. When a customer asks you why you charged them something, they are not just asking. It is theft. I expect an answer when I ask that question. My receipt clearly shows a custom charge of 50 cents, for a side of sauce that I did not receive. It was actually supposed to be a dollar because I ordered 2 sides. I sent a message and was told that I was not charged, end of reply. I replied that I was. Instead of sending a refund, they sent me a copy of the current receipt that clearly shows a 50 cent custom charge on it. I am not the blind one here. I messaged again asking what the charge was for, if not for the sauce. No reply. I am also tired of tipping on takeout just to have no one check the orders and for it to go out wrong, no more. What is the tip for? It was 2 items, juice, and some sauce, not hard to get right. Tip in cash only if your order is correct. A normal response would also be to apologize for getting the order wrong to begin with. I have not received another response or a refund so I take it that they feel entitled to take money for items not given. It is not about the amount of money, just the audacity and bad business practices. Shameful behavior. There is nothing special about the menu here so something better will eventually take its place.
