Jim's planning and scheduling were perfect. All I had to do was get on the bus which was loaded with snacks, ice and drinks (water, sodas, sangria, Margaritas, and wine) and relax until we reached our destination. Wherever Jim took us, whether it was restaurants, boat docks (Winter Park), hotels, or theme parks, the staff was waiting for us when we arrived. Our bags were taken to our rooms, and what great rooms they have been! Our most recent trip was to Callaway Gardens. Our beautiful rooms had balconies overlooking the hills of Pine Mountain where the leaves were changing colors. Can't wait for the next trip.

This station is near the Riverplace Tower and is close to Treaty Oak Park. It's a short walk from here to the Riverwalk and the Main Street Bridge. The station opened in 2000. There are two tracks with an island platform. The station is on the Southbank Line between Kings Avenue (the terminus of the line) and San Marco towards Rosa Parks. It has an escalator and stairs. Beautiful property in a nice area close to the water. Our room was very cute, clean, and comfortable. The house itself is also very nice. Breakfast was amazing! The Inn is located in a nice area of Riverside and is close to restaurants and museums, as well as the water. Our room was on the second floor and was a nice size room with a tv, coffee maker, mini fridge and a beautiful bed. The Inn also has a bar on the first floor, as well as a good size dining room for daily breakfast. The menu offered about 5 or 6 options. We both went with the vegetable cheese omelettes and they were the best omelettes we have ever had. There was also a cute little outdoor patio adjacent to the second floor common area. It was a delightful stay.

Matt pulled the rabbit out of his hat! Our adventure was as follows... We had scheduled Jax Elite Charters to pick us up at 5 pm on Thursday to drive us up to Brunswick GA.. Weather intervened and we had to leave the next day... so we scheduled to get picked up at 5 pm on Friday... Well we arrived at the Airport at 5:30 am to leave and the rescheduled ticket in the computer for was not for March 8th but November 8th... Well there were no seats available anywhere because of spring break and the bad weather... so we had to reschedule with Jax Elite Charters again as we were now not arriving now until 11 pm on Friday after a zig zag excursion across the country ... so we called again and Matt worked out a couple of options for us. Ultimately he personally drove us up to Brunswick on Saturday before he went forward with his full day in Jacksonville. I work in the entertainment industry and have worked with hundred of car services around the world. I do not know if I will ever be back to Jacksonville but I guarantee you I will not delete Jax Elite Charters number out of my phone. Amazing regional airport, a throwback to the small, attentive, airports!…read more I wish Frontier still flew out of here. So convenient, so close, and just a relaxed atmosphere. All the major, and even economy, airlines sadly left. But you can still book a helicopter ride or if you have a friend who flies, they likely keep their small plane here! There are also a couple flight academies here. Attached, but not accessible while waiting for a flight, is a restaurant, Hangar One Bistro. Will definitely be giving it a try one of these days. Also if you're in the area you can rent from Avis, Hertz, and Enterprise here. Worth a visit, I hope someday they have a national carrier flying out of here! Don't hate JAX, but can't beat NFRA!

I recently visited on the private aviation side and found this place truly fascinating. They have…read morerows and rows of hangars filled with aircraft and lots of construction of new hangars and renovating older ones. Watching the planes take off and land, all varieties from small single props to jets, at close proximity was lots of fun. I can see how people get bitten by the flying bug for sure.

And loads of different types of camping/cabin rentals available. And a pool! This day I went just to walk the trails and it's amazing how you can feel so far in the woods while still being basically in a neighborhood. The trails aren't very long but plenty to see along the way. I liked the tree house trail and seeing the neat treehouses you can camp in. And the views over the river are gorgeous down the jungle trail. If you need to get out to touch grass, highly suggest this spot!

There was so much wildlife to be heard throughout the night including owls, woodpeckers, and what we think were crickets or maybe lubbers. The bathrooms and shower areas were very clean for a park/camping area. There are different trails to explore along the path to the treehouses, which we didn't have a chance to do. We suggest bringing a sheet or blanket to cover your mattresses. Each treehouse has 2 twin sized bunk beds (total of 4 mattresses). They are VERY uncomfortable, so if you need extra support, you should probably bring a mattress topper/padding. The grills were pretty clean, just need some dusting off before cooking, though, nothing out of the ordinary. Upkeep for everything was great!
