The feel/ambiance was more like a diner than a cafe. I was given a booth and immediately regretted it because the cushions were useless. I felt like a child sitting there because the seats were low. It doesn't help that I'm not very tall either. The food was okay, and the portions were generous. I ordered the sweet potato skillet, which came with diced ham, cheese, and eggs. It also came with a short stack of pancakes, which were also generously sized. Although you definitely need butter and syrup on the pancakes, it wasn't very tasty without them. I could only finish half of this meal and had to take the rest home. Do not order the coffee, it tasted terrible, as if it were burnt. The server was very friendly and attentive at first. Food was excellent, piping hot and good. Service was good. The noise from bussing the tables was very loud. I understand that it is more efficient if a "bussing" cart can be wheeled right up to a table for quick clearing. Please train staff to softly place plates, serving ware, glasses into the trays gently. When tossed, the sounds are amplified and it's difficult to hear dining companions. We were in the center of the restaurant with several (large) tables so there was little let up on the noise. I hope to be back but next time will ask to be seated in the back. Hopefully, it will be quieter. I don't mind a breakfast crowd that is bound to be louder than a dinner crowd. My family is fully a savory meal crowd, so we loved having options that weren't just two eggs with toast. There were assortments of skillets to choose from, frittatas, stuffed potato pancakes, chicken fried steak -- they really had it all. The food came out fast and had so much flavor, for the price you really can't beat it. Though I'm more of a fan of savory I couldn't help but be intrigued by their sweet offerings -- the Dubai chocolate waffle? Churro waffle coated in cinnamon sugar? Banana bread French toast? The list goes on and on, these flavors are so unique and I can't believe that I can find them all under one roof. I had to try the carrot cake pancakes, and they truly tasted like carrot cake. No syrup was needed, every bite had flavor and sweetness. I love that Brunch Cafe has gluten free options as well, and though I didn't try them I know they would be just as amazing as everything else. On my second visit I was able to get a table for my two friends and myself on a bustling Saturday morning. They had never heard of this place and were surprised by the inside after finding it in the strip mall that it's in. (They now have a large banner on the outside to help people find it.) Both of my friends ordered omelets which came with two sides. They were healthy portions and they both enjoyed their meals. I had one of the crepe dishes and they were fantastic! I ordered turkey sausage extremely well done and had to send them back to cook longer. We ordered their cold brew but it was terrible. Tasted really funny so we didn't drink them. We should have had them taken off the bill but we didn't. Their prices are reasonable so it was ok. I enjoyed my visit again and will be back. read more

I joined the waitlist way ahead of time, got the notification that my table was ready, and went inside, only to end up waiting another 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, other people were just walking in and getting seated right away. After a while, I finally went up to ask what was going on, and they admitted they'd totally forgotten about us. I was so frustrated--especially since I had my nieces with me, who were already tired and hungry. When we finally sat down, it took another five minutes for the waiter to even come by, which didn't help the mood. The kids' menu was nice, though. My nieces got chocolate chip pancakes, and it's great that the meal came with a drink. I had the Chilaquiles, which were good, but I noticed there weren't many vegetarian-friendly savory options. If you're a vegetarian, your choices feel pretty limited unless you want something sweet. Overall, it was just an okay experience. The food was decent but nothing memorable, and the service was honestly awful. Went in today on a quiet Wednesday and the girl with long brown hair in the front, I smiled and asked for 3, she didn't acknowledge me she just said to follow her and she nearly ran to the table while I'm holding a 6 month old in a car seat. Everything tasted good. My boyfriend and I both got a skillet with a side of pancakes. The steak in the skillet was tender and paired well with the mushrooms and onions. Veggie skillet was delicious. Veggies were cooked right. there was the perfect amount of cheese. Pancakes were soft and cooked perfectly. The maple syrup they have tasted real. It didn't taste artificial. Customer service was great. We came on a Sunday morning. There was a wait, but they do serve you fast once you are seated. Our waitress checked on us often. We didn't feel that the service or food was taking long. I would say this is your average breakfast place. Our food was good. No complaints at all! We were satisfied. Even though the place was packed, our server still stopped by several times during the meal to offer to refill our coffee cups. It's a popular place for sure, but we were still able to get in pretty soon after we arrived. (Did you know they take reservations on Yelp? Pretty cool.) The ambience is light and pleasant, like a sunny morning, perfect for brunch. I ordered the Lemon Poppyseed Crepes--and I highly recommend them. On arrival it looked like a bit less food than the other meals (some of the tables near us were getting something huge that I think was an omelette of some sort), but two crepes turned out to be perfectly filling for me. Our wonderful server kept coffee mugs full and ensured that our orders would be accurate. Everything was delicious and served at the appropriate temperature. But the downside, not surprisingly, was a 45-minute wait for our food. The only nitpicky thing I can fault the staff on is not bringing spoons when the coffee was served. Curiously, the ketchup was served in tiny ramekins. Why? "We don't serve ketchup in squeeze bottles," our server explained. Came here for brunch with family. We had a newborn, a toddler and a baby all who joined. First to say it was very family oriented. They were understanding of us having kids. One was walking around, one dropping food. Did not know this but they provide a a stand to put your car seat up so don't have to put it on the floor. Bathroom has a changing table. Service was good! They were attentive and accommodated. Since we had one napping and grandma waiting, they didn't join us till half hour later. But they came back and accommodated our orders. Ambience is definitely a good family place! Looks nice as well. Food was delicious! I had the steak skillet and asked for seasonal fruit but just for melons for the baby. They were able to do that! Doilies! There are few things that make me happier than seeing doilies again. It is such a throwback for me I was thrown off by the presence. Service was great! I was seated right away and the hum of noise in the place was baffle by the uneven ceiling like a bowling alley and the partitions between the front and back seating areas. The artwork on the wall of eggs and coffee were unobtrusive, but also made me laugh. The food was perfectly cooked from the ham and cheese omelet to the perfectly toasted English muffin. The iced tea wasn't made in the same pot as the coffee and when I ordered it, the wait staff asked if I wanted lemon to prevent that from mixing in with the tea. This place is great. But the doilies!
