I am not sure about all these reviews about not being helped or of finance people being overbearing. When these people walk in to any kind of dealer and they are approached at any kind of sales person they are going to be the people that are like "god leave me alone", but if they aren't helped and people are like "WTF you guys suck". So yes, this place is the latter and are not up in your face within 10 min of you walking in the door. While I have been here two days for my purchase I saw plenty of employees give people a few minuted to walk around and then approach them. Or heaven forbid, some people actually were a little outgoing when they walked in, approached someone and had an actual conversation instead of thinking they will read your mind when you'd like to be helped at a certain time. I did just that. Saw Alex by a computer and asked to talk to Rod. Rod was busy so Alex said he'd be glad to help. Saw the bike we were talking about. Chatted about it, and other bike options as well to consider. Came back a few days later and go the deal done. Not sure where comments are coming from about finance being pushy or confrontational. They were straight forward, accommodating and open to discussions about the terms. My trade price was very fair and when it came time to sign documents, they did provide the usual (GAP, tire/battery insurance, warranty coverage, maintenance plan), but at NO time was it pushy. It literally was here is what we have, do you want any of it. Alex was communicative during the couple days between first going in and the purchase day. But as some of these reviews show, some people wait for dealer employees to contact them. It was my purchase so whenever I reached out with questions, Alex was there and responded in a timely manner. I experienced none of these negative reviews experiences. It was without a doubt the best motorcycle trade/purchase experience i have had. Glad I came across them! read more

Be aware when dealing with Nash Power Sports, Documentation available for review Sir, A number of months ago I discussed with you issues I had with my Can Am. Here is the continuing saga of these issues. Please review and advise if it would be worth meeting up and discussing my options. The following is a summary of the issues I am having with dealership who I bought a Can Am UTV from: Purchased Can Am in Sept of 2018 Purchased what I was told was a new trailer with Can Am at the same time Upon being brought home and an inspection found multiple issues with the trailer. Paint chipped and rusted in spots 4 Different tires on trailer. Returned to dealership owner admitted he allowed the trailer to be used by individuals to take UTV'S out for test drives. Got money back and went to Jackson trailers and purchased new trailer. On 10/31/18 Can Am had broken 5 belts. Unit taken in for repairs, broken belt. Told this occurred because of owner abuse so warrantee would not be covered. Told this by Shop supervisor came from Can Am. When I called Can Am, they said shop supervisor stated this. When I contacted shop supervisor, he denied it and claims he called Can Am and they denied saying it. Yet cost still not covered under warrantee and extended warrantee which was taken out. I asked for all documentation and correspondence between dealership and Can Am was told no this was privileged information between them and Can Am. The last broken belt tore up bearing/seal. Paid approx. $1800 for repairs, not including misc. expenses. Upon receiving unit back took unit out again broke another belt. This time I was told by the Shop supervisor, Eric, that the clutch has loss bolts and a missing bolt. When asked for refund on first repair and damaged belts approx. $1000.00 was told no . I was then told by shop supervisor, Eric to find another dealership to take unit too. During conversations with Eric he would say one thing but next time we talked he denied saying anything, so I had to get an App called Tape a Call, so I had evidence against him. Upon talking to the owner of company personally, Bill Nash, he stated he would bring a trailer by my place on his way home Thursday to pick up the unit. He never showed so I called him on Monday the owner stated that he told me to call him Thursday if things were good. He never said that my spouse was present at the time of the call. I took unit in to Ride Now for oil change. At that time, they found that the Turbo was going out. They quoted a repair price of approx. $3,500.00. I advised that I purchased an extended warrantee when I purchased the unit. I was then advised that there is no record of me having one. After multiple calls to RPM 1 the insurance provider I was then informed by Gladis from RPM1 on 3/17/2020 provider that the policy was cancelled. When I asked who cancelled the policy, they advised it could only be cancelled by owner of the unit or Nash dealership. I did not cancel so who was money returned to? I was informed it was sent to NASH Powersports who failed return money to me. Upon contacting Nash Powersports, I talked with Lorien Luft who advised me it was cancelled in 08/2019 by Nash Powersports. This was followed up with a confirmation email dated Apr 14, 2020 . After two weeks of unit being in the shop a new policy was put in place by Nash Powersports. I have been told by Ride Now that they have never seen a Turbo go out on a unit with so few hours on it. The unit was repaired but now there is an oil leak. The unit has been in the shop 3 times and for a total of 2 weeks so far. I was just informed by Ride Now that the oil leak is actually the transmission seal is bad. All in all, this unit has been in shop for at least 4 months probably more. This is excluding all regular maintenance that is required. read more

I purchased a 2019 Kawasaki Versys from Nash Powersports in Phoenix on 7th ave. The sale was smooth and the finance guy arranged delivery of the bike and even brought my owners manual to me as it was not delivered with the bike. That is where the good part of this story ends. Against my better judgement I bought a maintenance plan with the bike as I was assured by Jeremy that it was usable at all Nash locations. That is not true. He also told me I could use the Nash off of Power and Hamilton in Mesa, another lie. Now I have to take the bike all the way to Phoenix (30 miles) from my house when I have two Kawasaki dealers within ten miles of my house. I knew better than to trust a salesman, my bad. read more

Without Installing the battery we paid for on NOVEMBER 1st 2. Testing the stereo install while riding in it, whistled so bad couldn't hear a very pricey system! Also paid NOVEMBER 1st 3. Said they ran the codes (on NOVEMBER 3rd) but didn't actually run it them until 3WEEKS later NOVEMBER 18th- saying they can't repeat the problem ****Ride Now repeated it within 12 minutes of having it 4. Lied about Replacing Coils- Ride Now verified the coils WERE NOT replaced. To top all of that off, they NEVER E V E R called for any updates or even to blow smoke up our you-know-what*, nothing! They "bait-and-switched" us! My wife and I drove two hours to get to Nash Powersports because they had one specific motorcycle listed in their inventory online (Brand new, 2021) that my wife wanted to buy. We made sure to call before leaving to ask them if my wife could ride the bike to see if she liked it. They told us it would not be a problem and that "the bike would be ready for us" when we showed up. Two hours later, we arrive to find out that the bike is "in the back". The sales guy walked us back there into a warehouse area where the motorcycle was packed in between a dozen other bikes and not at all "ready for us". It was so badly covered with dust that my wife had to wipe off the seat with her hand before sitting on it. This new bike was also missing a couple of parts, specifically the end caps for the handlebar grips, but it was definitely rideable. The sales person then told us we were NOT allowed to ride it unless she bought it first. I explained to him what we were promised on the phone before driving two hours, and he did not care. He said that my wife and I were too much of a liability for them because "reckless kids come in here wanting to ride big bikes". (I am very obviously in my 50s, and my wife is in her 40s.) I said to him that he was clearly not talking about us. Again, he did not care. The sales person told us to wait out front while he went to try to get special permission for us to ride the bike after we sign a document putting it under our own insurance and "technically buying it first". As soon as he left, so did we. This company seriously needs to get their act together when speaking to customers, especially ones that drive two hours to buy one specific bike from them that is gathering dust in their back room. They were rude, condescending, and their internal communication is obviously terrible. One of my rules is that, if people speak down to me, they no longer get access to me. Motorcycle dealerships are not "doing customers a favor" by allowing them to test ride bikes. The truth is that customers are doing THEM a favor by considering to purchase products from them. The upside for us was that we immediately left and bought my wife an awesome, new bike at another dealership (GO AZ), Who were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were all so respectful, honest, and allowed us to ride any bike we wanted with a simple release form that took one minute to sign. My wife ended up ordering a bike from GO AZ. It was an exact make, model and color of one that was sitting on the sales floor at Nash Powersports. My wife could've easily bought it from Nash and driven it home that day, but instead she decided to give her business to a dealership that treated her with respect and honesty. I also ended up buying pants, a bag, and a helmet, totaling over $1000. Poor Nash Powersports. They really screwed up a slam-dunk sale. I am just one guy, and this was just one sale, but this is the kind of behavior that generates a reputation for a business. I hope, for their sake, they learn how to treat customers as human beings instead of walking wallets. read more

Service falls off precipitously after they have made sale. I had to contact them not the other way around. Bought extended warranty then moved. They don't tell you you can only use it there. I asked for refund and they said no. After threat of an honest review. Wow I could get a refund. They sent it to wrong email I had to call and ask if it had been sent. . then finally got it and sent it in. I had to call 2 weeks later and ask status and they said they had not received. The worst experience I have ever had and such a waste of time. They have a Defender Lonestar sitting out in front of their store for everyone to see with a price as it sits (price is shown online too). We were very interested in purchasing it, submitted the application and then the accessories department and floor manager call me to inform me that they already have upgrades scheduled to be installed and will not sell it to me the way I saw it at the shop. I recently had the forks rebuilt here on my Honda. The driving force in my going here was it was the shortest Lyft ride and this was not a repair I could just sit around and wait for. It took a while to locate one of the parts because it was out of production. As it turned out the aftermarket part was less expensive. The rebuilt forks work much better. Unfortunately the bike picked up a new scratch just above the r/f turn signal but the bike wasn't pristine to begin with so I am not going to go complain about it. The three times I was there everybody was real pleasant to work with, but sometimes it takes a bit to get acknowledged. Just as a note, sometime soon they will be moving a bit East. read more

Nice Selection and No Pressure Sales! We were driving by and stopped in to see if the new 2018 Honda African Twin bikes were available yet and if they had better colors than last year. I don't like red or the weird white and blue 1980 called and wants it's color scheme back color choices for 2017.... Apparently the 2018 models and info are not available yet, so we didn't get to buy anything. RQ was my sales person and he answered my questions and was friendly. I appreciated how he was nit a high pressure sales guy trying to work you into anything on the floor. They did have a couple of specials that made me almost impulse buy something different... Can I change it to zero? I tried 3 times to buy either a Can-Am or a Kawasaki SxS thru Sam's buying program. All three times had to deal with someone named Mario - 1st time was in Dec, gave him my CC info for a 1K deposit on a Can Am XRC - never heard back - at least they didn't wack my card. 2nd time was in February, round and round, we have it or no we don't but its due in, or we just sold it... Horrible experience. Paul Finance guy at Nash tried to get into a physical altercation with me due to my Can Am being in the shop for two weeks and them not telling me what's wrong with it. Had to take matters into my own hands and show up to the dealership to see what was going on with it. Talked to the manager first about what was wrong with my unit and he kept telling me it was the ECU, each day it was in the shop I had to call and see what they were doing to fix the problem they never called me first, only thing they said when I called was that they sent a claim to Can Am so I called Can Am myself and they said they sent a claim a week later from when I purchased my unit. horrible service.Also after a verbal altercation with them the true colors came out with the racist remarks they were saying to me. Bill and his team at Nash are top notch. I had been working a deal at another place that has locations all over. Deal went south quick and left me frustrated. I ran into Bill at the boat show and gave him the run down. He put me in touch with his team for sales and parts and provided his cellphone number in case I had any question. I started working with Nick as I already knew all of the options and the Can-Am I wanted. Felicia handles all of the customs under their "Nashty Builds" and was quick to source all the specific items I wanted. Nick was straight forward in the pricing and fair. The last thing I wanted to do was haggle over price for a toy, but expect fair pricing. Nick was right on of what I expected to pay on the stock x3. No haggle needed Felicia was excellent to work with. I had a very specific list of items I wanted. Felicia was perfect right out of the gate. Where my other deal fell through was the labor for the certain items. I get there is a ton of labor for what I bought, but the previous place quoted flat book rate for everything. From the get go Felicia said that we will install these all at the same time so I'll need to research the labor hours instead of just booking it. It was music to my ears as it was what I tried to get through the other dealerships head. They had it priced out as if they were tearing apart the car to install a light bar and putting it back together. Then tear it apart again to install intercoms and put it all back together. Lather, rinse, repeat another 30x. The other bonus was that the pricing for the accessories and custom items was more than fair for materials. They were actually less than you can get from the forums. I think it is important to support your dealerships. You can't simply buy everything on amazon all the time. It needs to be equitable for both parties and at Nash they get this. As long as they keep doing business this way, I will continue to deposit my paychecks with them. First they sold us a used trailer as new. Bill Nash finally admitted that the trailer was loaned out for others to use. After 3rd trip to deal with this issue my money was finally refunded for trailer. The Can Am unit is a different story. They claimed owner abuse on belt breakage (6 Belts) but here to they finally said they found a manufactures issues. But even after finding it was a problem on their part they would not reimburse on all previous cost I paid. There are multiple other issues with this business. They lied so often I had to get an app called Tape a Call to stop the shop supervisor from denying things that he had said to me. This unit was in shop for between 1 and 1/2 month to 2 months in the first 5 months of ownership. These issues are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. read more

No one has reviewed Apache Honda? I'm amazed. I had a great experience with this place. I went in there at about 4p on a weeknight, looking for a very specific moped. This great guy named Josh helped me out. I could tell he was about to go home for the day, but I could also tell he sincerely wanted to help me and that he knew how important good service is in his field. Josh helped me get my moped (they brought it over from Scottsdale or something), told me how to use it, and even watched me drive it around the parking lot. He even got me a better loan through Honda, with a lower APR than my bank! I guess one person can make or break your opinion of a place. I would definitely tell anyone to shop here. Purchased a new Honda from them earlier today (July 2016). Got there right after they opened. The sales guy was fast and professional. At the time he was the only sales person there. He had a young couple doing a credit app at a table on the sales floor, me in the office with cash, and countless people on the phone asking about their online credit apps. But he got me done, my bike onto the trailer in less than one hour. That was the most stress free vehicle purchase I've ever made. Thanks! Since I was prepared for riding it home rather than trailering it, I researched mass transit. You can take the light rail to the intersection of Cameback and 19th Ave, then exit, walk to the north-west corner and take the number 50 Camelback bus the rest of the way there. It is possible to ride the valley metro from almost anywhere in the city to this dealer for a $4 daily pass. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the ownership change. We bought our sea doo from the previous family owner Apache for a reason. Less than a year ago! I called today for an oil change and was told it would cost $175 plus tax! That's ridiculous. When I told them we were told it would cost under $100, he stated that when ownership changed the cost of labor went up! What a rip off! On 11/08/2022 I went to Nash Powersports - 1880 S. 7th Ave Phoenix AZ, 85007 and decided to trade in my old Suzuki 2022 SV650 motorcycle for a new 2023 Yamaha R1. I was told by the staff that Synchrony Bank would only fund 100% of the loan to value, and having negative equity would disqualify me from being financed unless they added in 'extras' such as GAP and their extended warranty ($4,000+ over the lifetime of the loan). This seemed odd to me at the time of purchase but ultimately agreed so I could get the new bike. I contacted Synchrony Bank on two separate occasions and spoke to their funding department and customer service department, both of which stated that their only requirement regardless of negative equity on a loan is that I carry insurance on the bike. They stated it made absolutely no differences whether or not I got the warranty or anything else, and that I would have been approved regardless of the fact the loan was 5K over the value of the bike. Nash Powersports purposely mislead me, and likely many other consumers by putting the blame on Synchrony Bank and acting like it was because of them that I 'Had to buy their warranties and GAP protection'. I even called Nashpower sports and spoke to Nate who was the initial person that used shady sales tactics on me, which he again repeated that it was required to receive financing, but offered to cancel my warranty, and we mutually agreed upon keeping the GAP coverage due to the negative equity. I signed and returned the request of cancellation of the extended warranty but the dealership still hasn't sent the document to the warranty provider. Nash Powersports is purposely and with intent to defraud and mislead consumers, forcing customers to purchase their extra products by telling people that the bank will only finance 100% of the bikes value unless they add on things like the warranty, "because the bank looks at it as less of a risk then" - according to Nate and confirmed a lie by Synchrony Bank. read more

I took 2 seadoo jet skis to get some factory warranty paint repair done at this dealership. they had my skis for over 1 year (I lost a whole riding season). when I went to pick them up the repair job was really crappy not to mention they stored my skis outside and both gauge clusters turned brown even though there was 2 brand new cover in my storage box (i told them they were in there) these skis were only 1 year old when they received them read more

Nash has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took over a moth to deliver a vehicle they had in stock that I paid over $24,000 for. They lied every time I spoke to them. I had to call them they not once called me. This was the general manager on down to the salesman. Then they delivered it and the additional accessories were not installed correctly. So I called and instead of saying bring it right in, they made me wait a month, then only fixed one of the problems after waiting over 2 hours on an appointment and claimed to have fixed them all.
