I had help from Marie and Ryan. I was up in Prescott and got a ridiculous price on a quad. Store was Go Az. Almost $1,700 more than what I purchased it for at Nash Powersports. I called got an out the door price and they honored it. No surprises. When I arrived the quad was cleaned and ready to go. The paperwork took maybe 15 mins. I would definitely recommend this store. Ask for Marie or Ryan. Great people.

Called and spoke to a scottdale sales rep. but only sell certain ATV brands, the Phoenix locations sells other brands, same owner for all locations. Was a car dealer years ago so made that clear. Asked for a quote on 2 New Kawasaki atv's. surprising total was about 13k... understand this included about 25% in fees they add. Some were 125% over what Kawasaki charges dealer. Atv's were roughly 4,500 each, they offered a military discount which they tried to say was about $500, but actually kawasakI has a 250 military discount so they were really only giving me 250. Not sure who is foolish enough to pay those fees. People, understand that if you don't pay the crazy prices the company has to lower them to get sales... (common sense is bascially gone in the world so I get how that's hard to understand). DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

I want to thank Bruce Muzzy and the entire staff at Nash Powersports for helping me make a "wish come true". Years ago I lost my UTV in a divorce and always told myself if my means changed I would get another. The Nash Family and staff worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted at a better price than I was expecting. There was no pressure or heavy sales tactics. Complete transparency. I was expecting to wait months for the machine and it arrived in weeks. Not only was the process easy but they also delivered the vehicle to my residence. Bruce kept me informed during the entire process. I want to thank you all very much and you now have a lifetime customer. You are the best!

I went there to install new crash guards and fix my sound system; I walked out spending almost $1,000 for items that were critical to my survival and the bikes...items that would have cost me much more if I waited any longer. They found things while installing the guard that needed to be changed. The air filter (an expensive part ANYWHERE) hadn't been changed in 16 years and was choking the bike, they showed me the once green now black filter, the brake fluid had never been flushed in 75,000 miles (21 years), the brake pads were worn down almost to the metal, (they showed me). My 2003 Goldwing looked new, so these were parts I never even thought about (I was always checking the oil and tires) - but I am GLAD they did! This was my 20-year anniversary for my bike and I am glad I made the decision to go to D&D because they did excellent work. They also went above and beyond by checking my speaker wire, making some changes so the back sounds better, and replacing some rubber washers complimentary. Purchasing and installing crash guards, repairing wiring on sound system, replacing air filer, checking battery connections, removing inside cardboard cover on rear speaker that was distorting the sound (sounds great now), replacing brake pads, and flushing out brake lines. Highly recommended!

I sent in an inquiry and Craig quickly gave me a call. He was able to find the motorcycle and we were able to work a solid deal. The team at Go AZ gave me more than I expected for my retired steed (always a plus). No issues with the purchase process and everyone was stand up. Before I knew it I was mounting my new warhorse and riding off into the sunset!! If you are looking to refresh your battle fleet, add to it or starting out; give Craig a ring and go for it!!

My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.

Walking in on the first day you meet your instructors, meet the bike, and before you know it, you're riding a motorcycle. As a first-time rider, it can be scary. I actually had to take the course twice, but that wasn't because of the instructors, it was because I needed more confidence. Both times, the instructors were incredible. Natalie and Mark were patient, supportive, and never made me feel discouraged. I truly can't thank them enough. What also surprised me was how welcoming everyone at Harley was on the 2nd day they give you a tour around the shop. Jerry would pop in every now and then crack a joke, and Jazmine from service was always available to answer questions and help with anything motorcycle-related. The course is structured really well. Day 1 is all about getting comfortable with the bike. Day 2 is where your confidence and riding skills really start to grow. By Day 3, you're graduating and realizing how far you've come in just a few days. At graduation, they have you ring the bell, which is a really cool moment. They also introduce you to the Harley community, including events, advanced rider courses, and bike rentals. Even if you're not buying a bike, they're happy to answer questions, help you find parts, or point you in the right direction. Overall, this course gave me the skills and confidence to achieve a lifelong goal. If you're nervous about riding or thinking about getting started, I highly recommend it.
