Took my boat trailer there after I had a tire blow out. It destroyed the fender, both metal…read morebrackets and the wiring on that side. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up and the fender they replaced it with a fender that didn't even match. It wasn't the same color or even shape. Was told "they don't make your fender anymore". Bil-Bar never welded the bracket, they just bent it back into place, they never welded the metal tear where the bracket attached to the frame, they never primed or painted the trailer, just left it with exposed metal. A boat trailer, that goes in the water, unprotected. I argued with the guy for 30 minutes on the shoddy workmanship and lack of attention until I figured out that this is how they do business. On my own, I found my original fenders on line (imagine that) and took the trailer to another place. They fixed what Bil-bar messed up, welded the brackets, primed and color matched my paint. They also put my new, matching fenders on my trailer and wired it. Now, the owner of Bil-Bar either lied to me that they didn't make my fender anymore or he was just lazy. I'll let you decide. I have all the pictures of what Bil-Bar did/didn't do just to document it. I wouldn't walk, I would run away from this place. It's beyond me how they've stayed in business this long. I guess some people will just accept bad customer service and horrible workmanship. I wish I could upload the pics, you would be amazed how Bil-Bar "fixes" trailers.
