The waffles had a good amount of caramel sauce, pecans, and bacon. Both the pecans and bacon were crunchy, giving it a very satisfying texture to the meal. Both elements were great together as well, with a lot of sweet and a bit of savory. If I were to change something it would be a thicker waffle and bigger tenders, but I know that may increase the cost of the dish. Also, a spicy option would be nice with either a special buffalo sauce or green chile (since it's a staple here). Overall, I am glad we finally made it to this place as we had a good experience and good food. There are many other items I would be ready to try the next time we are here.
